“Very cozy”

Very nice and helpful people that work their. Hotel was clean and easy to get into to. Underground parking with direct access to elevator with a cart at your car. Ski in and out to your room.

Although the space appeared to be tight - it turned out to be comfortable for the 3 of us. 1 adult, 2 teenagers. We had a murphy bed and a pullout couch. Bathroom was spacious. Kithchen facilities were fine but there was no oven other then a toaster oven so that made it a challenge. Did not know that beforehand. Pool and spa were located about a 2 kms away. Water in the hot tub was cool - no towels or soap or shampoo at the pool location. Essentially time spent there was useless. Lodging location right at the bottom of the hill was great. Also ski storage in the basement was excellent.

“Room and reception”

The reception is at the bottom of the mountain but the room was 1 km away. This is good to know and we didnt know it. Except that, it was realy clean, comfortable bed.

“Awful bed.”

Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was small but not overly so. Add claimed hot tub and indoor pool; these were not on site, and were in fact in another hotel down the road.
