Basement-bad smell, small waste of money

Posted 2-Apr-2014
Pros: The dishwasher is the highlight of this place...not very impressive. Ah yes, kind of nice hot water!
Cons: Almost everything
Basement condo, very small, broken cheap furniture, dirty pots and pans, holes in the bed sheet, mold smell, snow in the alley and steps. Very dirty spa water (greasy). Come on Hebergement Mont Ste-Anne you can do better. Definitely NOT worth it. We would have been much better in a road motel nearby and at a much better (like half) price.

Good hotel, close to the slopes

Posted 25-Mar-2014
Pros: I liked that it was cozy, furnished, and close to the slopes.
Cons: The pool and hot tub were not worth the extra fee because they were cold and the hot tub did not smell clean. Also, do not charge an extra person fee.
Location: 2 minutes from the slopes, 5 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants and spas.
This was a cute and cozy basement condo. Fully furnished, with a variety of kitchen utensils, and clean towels. Very close to the Mont St.Anne. Could see the slopes from your window. Also located across the street from the indoor pool and hot tub - which were not worth the extra cost because the pool and hot tub temperatures were too cold, and the hot tub had an awful smell to it. All else was good.

Not worth staying

Posted 9-Mar-2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: A lot, upgrade out of date condo deco, furniture.
Location: Ski wasn't out the door like advertised
Was suppose to be ski-in ski-out...but no !! Had to take the car to make the 1mile trip. Bedroom was very small 8"x8". Not much place to put stuff either food or winter clothing. Glasses were broken, chair was broken too. Was suppose to have bathroom with shower-bathtub..had only a small shower that leaked a lot on the floor while taking our shower. Wi-fi almost none , network was too weak unless you we're near a window in the bedroom even then. Had to park elsewhere that the staff said. Too much people. Didn't stay all the way, we cancelled our trip because of that. We had the basement condo..don't forget a big pair of slippers ,ceramic floor all over the place event the bedroom.

skiing at Le Massif

Posted 23-Feb-2014
Cons: bed could be higher
Location: You do need a car of course...but you could drive to one of three ski hills, also Bai St. Paul a Mecca of shopping for art lovers.
After driving six hours and arriving to pick up our Keyes. Our hotel was a genuine delight. we had a basement one bedroom condo and since it was winter who cares. It fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen had every gadget you could ever think of needing. The bathroom was large and only negative was that there was no bathtub, but I did not care. it was comfortable and was a great place to chill after a hard day of skiing. Turn on the tube or read a good book. I would stay there again. Monica

misleading information from Expedia

Posted 30-Dec-2013
Pros: Cosy, good value fro money, has everything you may need for spending your time in comfort. Friendly staff. Nice swimming pool.
Cons: Expedia could have done MUCH better with providing PRECISE information on the hotel locations. The shower door in you room leaked on the floor.
Location: Skiing (downhill & cross-country), Montmorency waterfall, Quebec City (sights + dining).
We booked with Expedia many times, but after this one we will be very careful with them. Expedia' booking page clearly read "ski in ski out" for Hébergement Mont-Sainte-Anne. When we arrived there we discovered that the room is one mile from the slopes with no shuttle! The hotel has two sites and Expedia tells nothing about about it!!! The receptionist happily informed us that Expedia does not give the correct information about their rooms and that we should have booked with them. Indeed their webpage clearly explains that they have two sites: one the slopes and a mile away from skiing. I gave the place 1 star to attract skiers attention to the problem with Expedia website.
