Nice hotel to stay in the weekendPosted 20-Sep-2013
It was nice place to stay, 1.5 bath and having 2 floors in a room. All kitchen utensils were available. One complain though, no house keeping done during our stay as usually done other hotels everyday.

Disappointed and will not returnPosted 12-Sep-2013
Pros: Not a lot it was clean but needs updating. I cannot remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that did not have a flat screen tv
Cons: The furnishings, the facilities, nothing is open in the area
Location: The location is great as it is close to Old Quebec and we have stayed in that area many times. We always stay at the same Chalets and decided to give
We were on our way to Toronto and decided to stay a few days in Quebec on the way there and almost a week on the way back. We had this hotel booked for both stays. We were very disappointed when we booked in the hotel was run down and not like shown on the internet. We did spend the one full day we were there looking at other accommodation they offered one kilometre from the mountain but that was even in worse condition. We cancelled the second stay and found a beautiful location in Quebec that we had never been to before. We have been to the area many times and always stayed at the same Chalet. This looked a little more modern so we decided to try it for a change, we will go back to our original choice.

Never rent this Hébergement Mont-Sainte-AnnePosted 4-Sep-2013 on Hotels.com
Extremely bad experience. There was no AC. Table fans were broken not working. Bedsheets were dirty. Insufficiant light in the rooms.Very bad reception behaviour. Worst renting experience for me. Will suggest Hotels.com not to keep this condos in their list. This is not a hotel at all. Seems somebody renting their condos collectively

Don't go when it's hotPosted 25-Aug-2013
Pros: Was clean, had all the things one requires such as fridge, stove, dishes. Bed was firm. Lots of room and beds. Good shower and bathroom facilities.
Cons: A/C for hot muggy days. Washer/dryer facilities would go a long way. Reliable internet access. No smoking. Large street signs.
Location: Quebec City is 30 minutes away so lots to do there. Enjoyed hiking up Mt. Ste. Anne. A waterfalls canyon walk nearby but we couldn't locate it.
The first of our 3 nights was difficult since it was hot and muggy and there was no A/C. I know it's primarily a ski area but even a small 5000 BTU window unit would have done the trick. Lucky for us the noisy neighbours didn't show up till our last night there when it was cooler so we could at least shut the windows. Internet access was spotty at best and you don't realize how much you rely on the internet until you don't have it. The construction worker staying in the unit below us was a smoker. Never saw him smoke...just smelled it. The receptionist on duty when we arrived around 9:00 pm didn't speak English so it helps to know a little French. Because trying to find your condo unit in the dark is very, very hard. I'm not complaining so much but just stating the facts. And given the rather high cost we paid (+ $600 for 3 nights) and no continental breakfast I think these things should be fixed. I stayed at a Super 8 where almost nothing worked (except their internet) but I only paid $69 for one night with breakfast so I didn't expect a whole lot.

Lots of living spacePosted 25-Aug-2013 on Hotels.com
I will never understand why a condo/hotel will have great amenities but skip on the beds. The living space with our family was worth the drive out from the city and the beds.

Cons: Additional fee was applied.
I made a reservation. I didn't notice of the additional fee for additional person. I was disappointed.

Quaint and affordable MTB getawayPosted 15-Aug-2013
Cons: One of the cleaning guys just let himself in our room to give us dish soap. I had just gotten back from a ride and was half naked! DISH SOAP!
Location: Quebec City is 30 minutes away. The mountain is so beautiful it's plenty of entertainment.
I drove up from PA, USA to shred some MTB trails at Mont Sainte-Anne. The Hebergement was perfect. It was a cute little room with a bed, table, and kitchenette. It was nice to eat healthy food while on vacation and not be held hostage by crappy overpriced resort food. It was surprising how few MTBers take advantage of this place. Also, it's typically a ski resort so there is locked storage for bikes so you don't have to lug them up and down everyday.
