Great modern design. This would be my second visit and it did not disappoint.

“Perfect Family Hotel”

This hotel was excellent! Pool for kids, free parking, across from amazing mall, fridge in room... perfectly clean and the staff were very helpful. The continental breakfast (free) was also excellent! i would stay here again for SURE!

“Grand Times Hotel - Quebec City”

GReat hotel in a super location ten minutes out of downtown old Quebec City. Staff were very accomodating to us with great restuarant recommendations near the hotel and in downtown Quebec City.

Je recommande cet hôtel tant du point de vue voyage-affaire que pour PLAISIR PERSONNEL. J'avais une chambre " Grand confort", avec une "grande" salle de bain, un bain profond, avec douche à multiples positions de jets...de la place pour mes mes produits de beauté..... Emplacement très tranquille....On entend aucun bruit.....La chambre a aussi un super fauteuil ultra confortable. Et les oreillers...!!!!! J'ai apprécié le fait de recevoir mon massage "DANS MA CHAMBRE", car on reste dans nos affaires, notre atmosphère, nos odeurs, notre tranquilité, pour ensuite prendre un bon bain, sans avoir a sortir.....Et le massage fut excellent car j'en ai eu des effets dès le lendemain. L'acceuil est très invitant, chaleureux et souriant. On nous informe bien...À notre demande , on nous prépare un bon capuccino avec biscotti. Nous avons aussi un accès facile à des ordi, 24h/24. Pas de salle à manger, mais qu'importe, la réception nous remet des dépliants pour commander et il y de très bons resto aux alentour. Le petit -déjeuner est inclus dans le prix et il y a suffisamment de choix-santé pour ne pas manger toujours la même chose sur plusieurs jours. La piscine est petite mais agréable.....Petite lacune à mon goût sur le bain tourbillon qui manque de jets. Très bel hôtel...Très belle déco et le foyer est attirant dès l'entrée. C'EST UN HÔTEL À DÉCOUVRIR, À ESSAYER, ET À ADOPTER.....il vaut ses étoiles.

“"Quebec City's Crown Jewel"”

The staff at the Grand Times were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas were very clean. It is close to Old Quebec and all sights around Quebec City. Only 30 minutes from Mount St. Anne. I recommended this hotel highly. I only speak English and most staff were any to help even thought French is the commn language to area.

Nous avons bien appreciés l'endroit, pres d'un centre commercial et aussi de tres bons restaurants. Nous avons aimés le style moderne de l'hotel et aussi son immense foyer central dans le hall d'entrée. Chose peut etre a ajouter dans les chambres: un petit frigo

“Very nice and comfortable”

Since it was a new hotel, very non descript on the outside, wasn't expecting much. Turned out to be very beautiful on the inside.

this hotel is very clean , all the stuff are very wonderful , welcome , helpful people . the hotel is situated near all stores .there is a bus stattion also near the hotel . the breakfist is very nice. the hotel is very comfort .

“Grand location, grand hotel...grand times!”

From the moment we walked into the doors of the hotel, we were awakened by a great smell...a beautiful glass proprane fireplace, modern decor and a very friendly staff. The location of the hotel was quite convenient with a shopping mall across the street. We literally walked there. There were also several great restaurants around including Baton Rouge and Cochon et Dingue. The complementary breakfast each morning was terrific. Roll out of bed hop on the elevator and in the lobby awaits bagels, bread, cereal, cheese, boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, tea/coffee and the morning paper. We were very impressed with the stay. The only complaint we had was that we were charged for the pack and play crib, but that was not a big deal.
