“Grand location, grand hotel...grand times!”

From the moment we walked into the doors of the hotel, we were awakened by a great smell...a beautiful glass proprane fireplace, modern decor and a very friendly staff. The location of the hotel was quite convenient with a shopping mall across the street. We literally walked there. There were also several great restaurants around including Baton Rouge and Cochon et Dingue. The complementary breakfast each morning was terrific. Roll out of bed hop on the elevator and in the lobby awaits bagels, bread, cereal, cheese, boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, tea/coffee and the morning paper. We were very impressed with the stay. The only complaint we had was that we were charged for the pack and play crib, but that was not a big deal.

Definitely check out the horse carriage rides in old Quebec City!

“Comfortable”

Staff is friendly. It's a small hotel so not a lot of people working there. It's a comfortable hotel, though I wouldn't rate it a 4-star hotel with the minimal service provided. There is no on-site restaurant but a free continental breakfast is provided. It's about 10 min. outside of Old Quebec but you can't beat the low rate and free parking at this hotel! Parking in a garage in Old Quebec is only $6-17 for the whole day, depending on the time or day. Most valet parking would cost $25-30/night.

“Great stay”

We were surprisingly pleased with this hotel. Great location (right next to the mall) close to restaurants and Interstate. Was 5 star stay at a 3 star price. Would highly recommend this hotel to any visitors. Breakfast, free wifi, indoor pool. Just a 15 short drive to Old Quebec.

“Good hotel, location is a compromise”

Overall quality of service and cleanliness was good. The included buffet breakfast was a no-frills affair, and the hotel does not have a restaurant or room service, though there are a number of options for delivery. The location was a negative, it's away from the downtown, about a 10 min drive. Having a car is a must.

“Not Impressed”

The hotel was good service was good but was missing a restaurant so no room service. The fitness studio is nothing but a bike, tread mill and a set of dumbbell, so was very disappointing. The breakfast was not that good we stayed for 6 days and had breakfast somewhere else 5 out of 6 days. The location is 15 minutes out of downtown. Its a quiet location and is close to mall. The executive loft is pretty nice.

Down town is a must see, they also have a cruse around the city which includes 5 coarse meal that was pretty awesome. The revolving restaurant is also very good

“Very good choice”

This is a new hotel, clean, pleasant atmosphere, in close proximity to a shopping mall. Only 15 min. away (by car) from The Old Quebec, 30 min. away from hiking trails and 30 min. away from the airport. I would definately book it again.

“Perfect Family Hotel”

This hotel was excellent! Pool for kids, free parking, across from amazing mall, fridge in room... perfectly clean and the staff were very helpful. The continental breakfast (free) was also excellent! i would stay here again for SURE!

“Grand Times Hotel - Quebec City”

GReat hotel in a super location ten minutes out of downtown old Quebec City. Staff were very accomodating to us with great restuarant recommendations near the hotel and in downtown Quebec City.
