"Lower Quebec at it's finest"
We really loved this Hotel. Rooms were very clean. Check in was fast and simple, really enjoyed the included full menu breakfast. Since we had an early check out and could not sit for breakfast that day, the staff was very accommodating by having a boxed breakfast prepared for us upon our departure from the hotel. We defiantly will book a stay here again.

"Nice hotel close to the old Quebec city"
The hotel is good especially when rooms are on sale. Very close to attractions. Staffs are nice and helpful. Only thing you should pay attention is parking. You'll be charged extra $20 for the parking lot even having no direct access to the hotel.

"Great location on a lake"
We spent 2 nights at the manoir. The hotel and our room were in great condition. The staff was friendly and very professional. The grounds are beautiful but needed some tlc. The pool and hot and cold tubs were wonderful for adults but not kid friendly. The rest of the site offers many kids and family activities. Overall we had a great time And are planning a week with extended family next year.

"Excellent location to historic Old Quebec."
We had a marvelous time exploring the city of old Quebec. It's a beautiful & picturesque place with an old French charm. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel and the food is good. The people are nice. The weather was perfect on our first day. However, it rained on our last day and cold. Overall, a delightful experience.

"IKEA feel"
Almost like staying in an "ikea world". Room was comfortable but very very plain. terrible lighting in the bathroom. Very difficult for make-up or shaving. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The hotel restaurant is trying to be upscale - they have nice plate presentation but the food is barely warm and the staff lack knowledge. My husband ordered gluten free bread but it was served wrapped in the same napkin and dish leaning against my bread. A 15-20 minute walk from the old Quebec area which provides a beautiful view once up the stairs
