The location was great! Very close to top rated restaurants and popular attractions. The hotel went above and beyond, there were robes, wine glasses and silverware laid out on the table. If I’m ever in Quebec City again, I’d definitely stay here and recommend it to anyone visiting.

Close to old city. Poor heating in room. Called many times for heater. No help. All checkin and service off site.

Location is amazing . Quiet and nice area .good for dining and shopping. Walking distance to all historical place. I like to hotel decoration

The parking the first day,we had paid for parking space at hotel,but there was no space to many cars for spaces,we think due to restaurant on corner,as the night went on and people left,then we got a spot,but if you go anywhere someone will it,just my thoughts,other than that stay was awesome we will be back

It’s self checkin ( no receptionist) and they sent us the wrong room number. No elevator so we walked up 3 flights with our bags and the code didn’t work. Called and we had to go back down and up another set of 3 flights on the other side. Know your exact number and confirm. Confirm which stair case.
Otherwise it was clean and affordable. It’s an old building so you hear the people upstairs walking

We are extremely sorry to learn that there was a problem with the information we gave you before checking-in. We know it is extremely frustrating to go up and down stairs because of our mistake. We usually double check to make sure there are no errors, so we are truly sorry for this. Hope we can make it up to you in the future!
The property was great. It was my first time staying in a hotel without staff. The check in was easy peasy. My only issue was that it was freezing in our room. By the time we got back for the evening, reception was closed so there was nothing et could do about it.

Amenities that they said were available did not exist. No controls in the room for temperature adjustment. No parking was available. Had to call to replace toilet paper. Overall was disappointed with the hotel

It is true that there is no control over the room temperatures as it is a very old building. Parking is only available upon reservation and we have very few, so it is first come first serve. This is a beautiful property. The beds were very comfortable. It was very clean. The ladies who were working were exceptionally nice and helpful. It is a perfect spot.

It has the old town charm but with modern amenities. A very cozy stay! Only downside is it’s not accessible but unfortunately most of old Quebec isn’t

This property had lovely rooms with all the necessary amenities but unfortunately was missing the most important amenity of all--a real person to talk to. I wasn't aware this was a self-check-in property until a few days before my arrival. It creates a completely different and very unwelcoming experience. The reception and sitting area always felt cold and lonely.
