“Good hotel for the price”

If you have business to conduct at Laval University or like I had to, support a relative at the Cardiology hospital, this hotel is great.

“Good choice”

We had a nice stay at the Clarion. The city was easy to reach from Ste Foy. The rooms were comfortable. Friendly service at the reception desk.

“Awesome!”

I went to the Winter Carnival with several friends and this hotel was perfect for our visit!! No problems, the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was great!

“New, Large Room and clean”

I cannot say anything negative about this hotel. In fact, after staying here I went to Charlevoix and it was hard to enjoy my hotel there after how modern, clean and spacious the room at the Clarion Hotel had been. Most hotels I have ever stayed in while in Quebec have that "faux new" look where they've just painted over old fixtures for an updated look. The executive rooms are new, no doubt. I would stay here again for work OR pleasure. No complaints at all.

“Okay hotel for one night, but not for extended stay”

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our return trip from the Maritimes. The staff were courteous and the room clean. However, it has obviously been a while since the hotel has been refurbished. Paint was worn, some peeling wallpaper, and the furniture and fixtures appeared tired from being well used. The air in the hotel was a bit musty, although the weather was humid at the time. Although the hotel was not bad, it did not seem to have a good aura about it.

“Average”

Generally good, but the hotel is in need of some renovations; it was looking a bit worn. The free wireless internet was difficult to get working, and after asking for help, I still couldn't connect. The location is good. Good value if you get it at a discount.

“Very Nice”

This hotel is not downtown, but only about 8 minutes away by car. It is very clean and the service was very good. Everyone spoke both French and English. The hotel has a pool. It is also very close to a restarant that I found the food was also very good. I'd go back.
