Nice hotel. Staff were pleasant. Only complaint is that Rated R channels should be blocked so small children can't search them and find inappropriate content.

I love the wood floors in the rooms and through out the hotel. Everything was very clean, odour free, better than some of the big names hotels.

"Nice but missing alot amenities for a 4 star hotel"
From 15 floor we had to go down to lobby area to warm out any milk. No other microwave on any floor. Also the windows were very dirty. So forget about paying extra for window with a view. There is only 1 Resto in hotel. To find a good coffee you have to go out of hotel. Not many restos close by. The location is good beginning of the old port.

We stayed here for one night in July, 2015, for a short visit to beautiful Quebec City. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located close to highways, and minutes from old city. We also had a breakfast at the hotel and found it excellent. Would s Tay here again.

"Close enough to the action at a good price"
Had a great experience from the beginning to end. Front desk staff was superb and very welcoming. We got a beautiful and spacious room with very comfortable beds and a wonderful view of the park. The big annual music festival was going that weekend, so the outside was packed with multiple concerts going on, but very little of the sound made it in to the room in the evening, also an unexpected bonus! Next door is the Grande Allee with many wonderful restaurants to choose from, including the little unassuming Chez Ashton, if you want some authentic local poutine. My son enjoyed the pool and my wife and I enjoyed the wine machines, although they can get pricey fast! The price we found was inexpensive enough for being so close to town (highly walkable) that we kept waiting for the "gotcha", but we never got one. In fact, not having to drive all the way into town was even better. We'd happily stay here again.
