"Very comfortable hotel in a magnificent location."
Nicely surprised when we first entered the room, the decor was wonderful. We had a room at the back of the hotel and squirrels would play in the trees just outside our windows. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful with arranging and booking any tours etc. Breakfast was more than sufficient with a good variety of healthy food. The location is excellent and close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping. The narrow pedestrian walkways make it easy to access all the small retail and fashion shops and it is only a short walk to the funicular ride to the upper part of Old Quebec City.

"Exactly what we were looking for."
Firstly, the hotel is in a fabulous location. It is in lower town, but 2 mins walk from the busiest section so you get the best of both worlds. It's quiet in the evening, but you are extremely close to the main part of lower town. You're literally across the street from the Museum of Civilization. The hotel is very well decorated and has clearly been well maintained. They nailed all the details, from the tasteful furniture to the complimentary lemonade. The room was clean, and so well put together that we took some ideas home. Again, many little things done right - a power bar is discretely affixed to the side of the table so you can charge devices, the shampoo and conditioner were delightful, and the decor spot on. Lastly - Breakfast exceeded our expectations. This is not the typical 'breakfast included' continental breakfast - when you sit down you're greeted to chilled glasses of orange juice and coffee/tea. Then you have a choice of half a dozen different dishes, which are quickly prepared. They had an abundance of staff, all of which were professional and friendly.

"Great Boutique hotel in a great location"
My partner and I stayed here as the first part of a Canadian vacation where we planned on staying 3 nights in Quebec City and then 3 nights in Montreal. We arrived on Saturday and the check-in process was a breeze. Within 3 minutes of walking in the door, we already had our room key. The room decor has a very masculine vibe to it, which we really loved. Very modern, clean, and spacious. My one and only complaint would be that the room has virtually no storage space; we basically lived directly out of our suitcases. With the exception of the closet to hand things, anything folded, or any underwear, socks, etc., would all just have to stay unpacked. Two or three drawers would really complete the room and make it perfect. The bathroom is very well done with a large glass enclosed shower. Bed is also very comfortable and has a nice easy chair in the corner by the wall of windows. The highlight of the hotel is the wonderful staff. Breakfast is pretty good, but definitely basic with the same choices each morning of yogurt, granola, Croissant, some cheeses, cereal, etc. Room Service is actually supplied by a restaurant across the street from the hotel. Due to an issue with my partner throwing his back out on the first day, we had room service twice, and both times it was excellent.

"Canada Day in Quebec City"
This hotel is perfect for a romantic getaway. It is in the middle of the downtown core in Old Quebec with lots of shops/restaurants around. The hotel staff was amazing, even offering to show us some of the other rooms in the hotel after we discovered that the rooms are almost all unique. We stayed on the 4th floor, which I would reccomend, as there is a rooftop patio that looks out into the courtyard below.
