“Very comfortable”

I enjoyed staying at this hotel, convinently located at the bottom of the Vieux Quebec hill. I was attending a conference at the Palais de Congres located in the heart of old Quebec, and was therefore able to enjoy brisk walks up and down its picturesque streets on a daily basis. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

On our arrival we were informed that we were upgraded to a higher class room. The staff were very helpful, clean rooms and the air conditioner worked without being noisy. Food was great and the pool came in handy for relaxing. The location was within easy walking distance to many sites and the bus stop was right on the corner. We would definitely stay again

“Best Western City Centre”

This was a nice hotel walking distance from the Old Town. However, as parking for the hotel was valet, and additional daily charge.

Excellent only that is a little far from the old quebec.

“Had a great Time”

The hotel is not quite at the center, but just a few minutes walking distance. The service was great. In fact, the food at the hotel restaurant is excellent. They have also a really nice gym and large swiming pool and jaccuzzi. The staff was very helpful.

MY FRIEND AND MYSELF WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AS IT WAS CLOSE TO TRANSPORT AND SHOPS ,PLENTY OF PLACES TO EAT, CLEAN FRIENDLY ,TRANSPORT VERY CLOSE TO EVERYTHING , FREE INTERNET ,MADE OUR STAY IN QUEBEC VERY ENJOYABLE THANK YOU

“Best Western Excellent!”

A 15-20 minute walk to the old city. Excellent resturant. Excellent pool. Standard room was comfortable and clean.

chambre spacieuse et confortable et bien chauffée, le personnel est au service des clients. Le restaurant est tres cher, la piscine est vraiment peu profonde(1,20m), l(hotel est tres bien placé dans la ville, si nous revenons a quebec nous reviendrons certaienement dans cet hotel

“Served our purpose as close to where we needed to be.”

Our stay in the city was about 18 hours only and the hotel was close to where we needed to be for an appointment. Friendly service; comfortable room.

“Best value for the Money”

A few blocks from Old Quebec, but a taxi to there very reasonable. Really nice rooms.
