Comfortable. Well located: just in front of the bus #400 which brings you to downtown Quebec for $3.00/person per day no matter how often you take the bus. There is a excellent restaurant right next door: Had breakfast only there. Closed to the Quebec Bridges for easy arrival and departure. Free parking and the are liberal for the time when you take your car out at departure day. Desk reception is exemplary and they give advices and maps. Will certainly return there next Quebec trip.

This was our 2nd time staying here within the past year. The hotel offers modern, clean rooms with nice features like free wireless internet, a nice LCD TV and great work area. Service was friendly and efficient and the attached restaurant is incredible. We had a wonderful dinner (pricey but worth it) and breakfast each morning. I am told it is one of the best in the city. The hotel is well situated just over the bridge and is close to the aquarium, lots of shopping and only about 15 minutes easy drive to downtown. There is a gym and outdoor pool as well as a comfortable lounge area. We highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay at a great price.

The service was perfect. The location is just ten minutes from most places of interest. The zoo is a couple of minutes away. The halls on one side of the hotel did have a bad smell, but we quickly got used to it.

Wonderful stay at Best Western l’Aristocrate in Quebec during 1 night for tourism. I stayed in the past for business travels and every time the experience is # 1. This time I decided to enjoy Quebec city with my family and here are my comments: LOCATION: great. You re max 10 minutes from old Quebec city. In the past, I tried several time hotels in the old town and parking rates increase quicky the bill amount. With l’Aristocrate, no problem for parking and it’s free. Another big advantage: access from the expressway is excellent. L’Aristocrate is also located nearby the Tourism Office and the Aquarium so it’s easy to follow these signalisations to arrive to the Hotel. The aquarium is a mustsee if you have children. QUALITY VERSUS PRICE : rooms have been renovated with a very good classic taste. We feel Aristocrats ! Excellent value for money (Aeroplan, AAA/CAA discounts…). SERVICE : Excellent service. They try to find the best rate for you. When I used this hotel for business travel, efficiency was the key and they are efficient… and friendly too. When you wake up, newspaper is waiting for you at your door with a bottle of orange juice. A good way to begin your busy day. RESTAURANT : one of the finest restaurant in Quebec. Best place to celebrate a romantic anniversary. You should absolutely get the bed and breakfast package. That’s worthy. CONCLUSION : I tried a lot of Best Westerns and that’s my best experience to date!... and my best recommendation for Quebec city !

“An enjoyable stay!”

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel! The location is perfect (right after the Quebec bridge) and easy to find. The shuttle service offered was reliable and effecient and made made save money in parking. The staff was really helpful and friendly and suggested me a good itinerary so I could maximise my visit. I had dinner at "La fenouillere", the hotel restaurant, and I was really amazed by the food quality. It really deserves its ranking among Quebec top 5 restaurants. The room in itself was perfectly clean and the bed was particularly confortable. I also appreciated the flat screen tv. The overall environment was really pleasant. I would recommand this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Quebec city!
