“Great Place to Stay!!!!”

Excellent place to stay, exposed brick walls and lots of character. Rooms are small but very functional. Directly across from Chateau Frontenac in a great location walking distance to all that old Quebec has to offer. Breakfast was served in the restaurant, we were able to order any item we wanted off the breakfast menu. There was no additional charge, it was included with the room.

“shower was a great experience”

The room is not a large room but just right for two people. The bed is comfortable and the small window has a great view of Chateau Frontenat. The bathroom and shower are great.

“Very cute hotel”

Was here for one night with my boyfriend in a superior room. Room in this small hotel was very nice! Nicely decorated, mixed the authentic interior with modern furniture. Looked very new. Location is great, in the middle of the old town. Chateau frontenac is located across the street. A simple but decent breakfast (incl croissants and boiled eggs) was included. Indoor parking just around the corner. I would defenitely recommend this hotel.

“very nice hotel”

This is a really nice place to stay in Quebec City. It's very well located right across from Chateau Frontenac. The room was quite small but very confy and clean. The staff was very prestative. There is a good restaurant on site. I would like to stay there again for sure.

“Very impressed”

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days in March and were very impressed! The hotel staff were friendly and extremely accomodating. They took a genuine interest in all of their guests. The location was very central to all of the sights we were interested in seeing and looking out of the window to see the Chateau was a thrill. Each morning the chef prepared a delicious breakfast which was included in our room rate. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

“Perfect Haven in the Heart of Old Quebec.”

This is a beautiful little hotel in the centre of Old Quebec. It has exposed stone walls but with a totally modern bathroom. The view is of the Chateau Frontenac across the square. Breakfast was included. No elevators but a wide attractive staircase and the staff will carry up your luggage.

“Great location!”

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in April 2011. The room was spotless and was very charming. The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful for directions. The location was amazing, right in front of the Château Frontenac with easy access to restaurants and shopping. On the down side, breakfast was poor: potatoes and French toast not cooked, and we are really not picky customers! Check out the Gambrinus restaurant across the square for a wonderful lunch or dinner meal. Overall, very nice hotel. Would definitely go back.

“This is how SERVICE was meant to be”

We will never forget this trip thanks to our stay at the Auberge. Staff, Restaurant and Hotel was better than excellent, providing lots of personal touches. Building has lots of character with a lots of contemporary accents. Keep in mind you have to walk stairs. It was wonderful to fall asleep with a saxophonist playing Jazz outside.
