"Very good place to stay in Quebec City."
Only stayed one night but it was comfortable and well set up. They saw to every detail including bath supplies. It gets cool at night so there is no AC. Even in August you don't need anything other than the provided fans at night. Both managers were very helpful providing a tour map with accurate instructions where to go. I suggest driving all around the hilly areas first before parking your car. It would have been exhausting for we oldies to try and walk up and down those 4 miles of hills where the neat things are. A lot of road work makes some driving confusing this August, 2014.

"problem with first room, fine after moved"
I had read about the check-in around the corner. That was fine. I was also warned about low light for reading. I took a little reading light. What I didn't know was that it was the 4th floor and no elevator. That was a problem. The fellow who checked me in did accompany me to the spot, told me the entry code but didn't tell me it was also on the key ring, and did carry up my suitcase, but only because I sort of fussed about doing all this by myself at 9:30 at night. The bad part was that the room was freezing cold while the hallway was toasty warm. I phoned and was told to adjust the steam heater. I did what I was told but it didn't get better. Meanwhile I kept the door open to get heat into the room. A neighbor also tried to help. After a while, I phoned back to say it wasn't really getting warmer and was told I must be doing something wrong. I tried again. No better. By this time the room warmed up somewhat from the hallway and I was able to get to sleep but wore my full clothing under the covers to stay warm. I was out all day and found the room cold again - this time I was moved to a much nicer room. Everything good after that and the staff could not have been nicer at checkout. Great location

"Studio right at the base of Mt. St. Anne"
Our stay was great. Room had everything we needed, was warm and clean. Ski lockers had plenty of room. The underground parking was a bonus.

For starters, visit all those top attractions the city is famous for, including Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupre Shrine, Parliament Hill, and the Vieux-Port de Quebec. Since you’re in town longer than most travellers, you have the chance to visit some off-the-beaten path sites, too. Head to Jacques-Cartier National Park for a day of challenging hiking or take it easy at the Choco-Musee Erico, a museum and store dedicated to all things chocolate. You may also want to take a tour of the Capital Observatory, which is located in the tallest building of Quebec and offers one of the best views of the skyline.
