Good for quit place but no activities to do and the restaurant served raw food and my wife was pregnant.. Travel there with a vehicle so your able to really travel and visit different

Rooms are very small. Basic accommodations like towels needed to be asked for. The phones in the room could not call the front desk, even after dialing the number directly. Staff appeared altered.

Comfortable and convenient
Very convenient and comfortable place to stay while visiting friends and family in the Quad Cities. Hotel appears to have been recently upgraded. We were disappointed with excercise room. Nice equipment, but no equipment cleaning wipes or water, which is standard in hotel excercise spaces. Also, the room was very hot!

The staff was very friendly and informal. It had a small town vibe to it. The shuttle saved me money and the room worked out just fine. I had some noisy neighbors the morning I left and heard somebdoy at the front desk complaining about the same issue by their room. The staff seemed ready to go take care of it. Rock Island was a great city to visit and I can see how tourists would flock there certain times of the year.

The cleaning staff was banging on our door at 8:30 am for housekeeping. Woke us up from a dead sleep with a start. Our first room was propped open and was under construction. They gave us another room.

Hotol was very clean, safe and quiet in room. Staff was attentive and respectful. Only negative is Rock Island downtown feels abandoned after Covid. We were told that most businesses reopened on the Davenport side. Still, there were some good restaurants and a few bars in walking distance. Also, hotel offers free parking.

I was given the keys to a room and found out it was occupied when I opened the door. They gave me a 2nd room which was also occupied. Then a 3rd room which was also occupied. It wasn't until the 4th room we got a vacant one

Took about 15 min to check in The 2 customer before had rooms booked w people already in them. I got my room and the hotel double booked it and had folks show up thinking it was their room. Complete confusion and not cool. I won't be back anytime soon.

We got room so we could come to the Revive Rock Island-Fall Market Fest. The bathroom and room were dirty. There was an unidentified object in the bed and there was a curtain missing from the window.

Poor parking, unfriendly staff that was not helpfull and did not tell the truth about the limited parking.Coffee maker broken and staff could not give us a working one. No lotion in the dispenser, poor water pressure. Staff did not give us breakfast coupons. I paid extra for 3 people to be in the room and we received 2 hand towels 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth. There was also a nail polish chip in one of the beds. Rather disappointed with the place.

Ghost Town
Hotel was great, no complaints! There is nothing to do around this town. Places are advertised as historic downtown and sites to see. However, on a Friday there was no one around walking around town. Honestly felt like a ghost town.

The neighborhood was a little rough, but the 2-3 block walk to the park on the river was well worth dealing with. There were rowdy guests, but that’s not their fault.

Its an ok place for an overnite. Main parking is very small & limited. There is an overflow lot but not convenient if you need to make a quick trip to your vehicle or just to keep an eye on your vehicle. Casinos are not 3 mins away as advertised on Expedia, more like 15-20 min drive. Reserved 2 queens, was initially given single king but front desk was able to adjust that for us immediately. Lobby is bright & roomy to hang around in. 2 restaurants onsite, experienced both, decent food choices & prices. Probably wouldnt choose this hotel again mainly because of price & location. Would rather stay closer to more things to do & see
