staff don't speak English
Sheets never got changed in the 4 days I stayed there, carpets very dirty. restaurant only served Asian food, breakfast.lunch or dinner, no western food at all.

Outdated and dirty
The hotel has seen better days. In general the level of hygiene is a disgrace: the lobby floor was dirty, it smells of toilet in the elevator area and the restaurant walls could use a good scrubbing and a new coat of paint. The rooms are not better. The carpet is old and dirty, the bathroom could use an overhaul of cleaning (dirt has settled in nooks, corners and surfaces). The bed is hard and you could feel the springs in your back. I would not return.

Cheaper for a reason
The hotel is cheaper than its peers because of its condition and its neighborhood. Rooms and lobby should be renovated. There's nothing much around the neighborhood, but it's close enough to the city center.

Location is OK. Rooms are spacious but carpet is dirty full of stains. Not much facilities at the hotel. Check out process was slow.

員工劣質素低劣，服務態度差
最失望的一次，地氈從未吸麈，坐厠起漬，水箱沖水制按不到，花洒房地台去水塞，床單爛，毛巾發黑，這是一間令我印象最深刻的所謂3.5星級酒店

一人旅にも十分使えます。
フランクな感じで、設備も整っており、大変居心地が良かった。バス停も大変近く、旧市街にへ行くにも便利なホテルで、利用価値があります。

가격대비 만족!
객실상태가 청결하지 않다는 후기를 많이 보고 걱정을했는데 나쁘지 않았습니다. 가격도 저렴하고 직원들도 친절합니다.2박을 하였는데 청소상태도 괜찮았습니다. 외국인들보다는 중국현지인들이 많이 사용하는 호텔인듯합니다.

칭다오아리바 호텔
출장으로 선택하게 된 호텔이었다. 일단 출장이와 가까운 곳에 있어서 참 맘에 들었다. 하지만 방은 나름 크고 좋은데 청결은 조금 그런듯... 머 그렇타고 벼룩이 나오거나 쥐가 나오지는 않는다. 머 그정도면 중국에서 무척! 깨끗한 곳임에는 분명하다. 하지만 먼가 아쉬운곳이 있다는 .. 아마도 지역적인 특색이 아닐까한다. 전반적으로는 참 맘에 드는 곳이기도 하다 전망도 좋고...한국어 서비스를 좀 도입했으면 한다.

写真が違う。
ビジネススーペリアを予約したが、部屋はスタンダードとして写真が掲載されている部屋だった。帰国後に気づき、hotels.comに電話したが、写真掲載についてはホテル側の提供のものを使用しているので、責任は取れないとの回答。一応問い合わせはしてくれたみたいだが、予想通り、部屋に間違いはないとの事。たいがいのユーザーは掲載写真をみて選択するのだから写真はまちがいないものを掲載して欲しい。ただホテル評価については価格からして相応だと思います。

Hotel Ariva a Qingdao
l'hotel est de bon standing avec un emplacement sur l'une des rues principales de Qingdao. Néanmoins, le personnel ne parle pas anglais ce qui complique les relations avec la clientèle étrangère.

공항에서 701번타고와서 찾기는 좀 힘들었지만 호텔은 꽤 맘에 들었어요~ 친절하기도 하고 보증금도 얼마 안되고 위치는 타이동과 54광장 중간쯤? 택시타고 다니기 좋았어요 괜찮았으나 객실에서 와이파이가 안되서 별점 하나 뺐어요~ 나머지는 대부분 만족

Достойный отель
Хороший отель, легко опознаваем среди остальных построек, удобно расположен к основным улицам, рядом с дорогой, вдоль которой курсирует автобус вдоль побережья. До моря пять минут пешком. Персонал не очень хорошо говорит по-английски, но помочь старается. В номере был потрясающий вид из окна на башню и дома, расположенные за отелем. Убирают хорошо. Стена в туалете прозрачная (видно человека на унитазе) =)), но есть плотное жалюзи, которым можно закрыться. Смутили только унитазы: всегда были лишние опасения, не пришлось бы вызывать персонал, тем не менее все прошло хорошо. =) Все требования, что были запрошны при заселении были выполнены.

Not very pleased
We we're in Qingdao for only 3 days so we decided we wanted a hotel near the coast so we could lie some on the beach. Unfortunately there was no beach close. We had to walk atleast half an hour to get to one. The staff was ok, their english wasnt very good but they could help us with most things. The room wasnt very cosy. The carpet was very dirty and was in need of some cleaning. So were the windows of the room. The bathroom was very dark and the water ran on the floor when you showered in the bathtube. The buffet at the hotel was very cheap, but not very nice. It didnt look very clean and almost only consisted of chinese cuisine. There were no tags with english explaining what some of the food was.. I don't really recommend this hotel to anyone but if you're staying for a night to then continue your journey it would be ok.

青島艾麗華酒店 よかったです
ホテルの立地はすごくいいです。 新市街地の中心部からは離れたところに位置していますが、青島のちょうど真ん中あたりに位置していますので、 バスでの移動に便利のいい場所だと思います。 バス停も近いです。 また、海天ホテルが徒歩圏内なので、 空港行きのリムジンバスも利用できました。 レストランなどは周りにあるか、わかりませんでした。 美食街や大型ショッピングセンターからは ちょっと距離があるため、その辺りで食事した際は、 タクシーなどで移動しました。 部屋は１人の利用でしたが、ツインが用意されていました。 ベット２つにソファとテーブル、広いバスルーム、冷蔵庫、衛星放送が見れるテレビ、LANもありました。 アメニティも充実。飲料水も用意されていました。 １人でも２人でも広すぎるぐらいでした。 ただ、ホテルロビーに常駐している人が１人か２人でしたので、チェックイン、チェックアウトに時間がかかりました。 もう少しロビーの人を増やせばいいのになと思いました。 チェックイン時に、押金を払いましたが、何もサービスを受けなかったため、チェックアウト時に返金されました。 ホテルに日本語できる方はいないようでしたが、 中国語でロビーの方やボーイさんと話したら、感じよかったです。 また、両替もホテルでできるため、便利でした。 チェックインの時間が遅くなるので、キャンセルされないか心配でしたが、Hotels.comに相談したところ、事前にチェックイン時間をホテルに伝えてもらえたので、安心でした。 総合的には、また泊まりたいなと思いました。 １人でツインだったので少し値段的には割高でしたが、 １人でもう少し安く泊まれれば最高だなと思いました。 ２人や３人の旅行ならすごくいいと思います。
