the location is perfect, the price fair
The hotel itself was good, mostly due to the fantastic location right across the Baqueira 1.500 ski lift and pistes. Rooms are small (less than 20 m2), the TV is tiny, and the bathroom is OK. Linens and towels OK. The entire hallway smelled like cigarettes the entire weekend (clearly many people were smoking in their rooms). The spa was fine, nothing spectacular. The pool area was decent, with the exception of the jacuzzi which itself worked fine but the smell of chlorine was just unbearable. The bar/pub was fine, best prices in town for sure. The après-ski area was good and they had food for guests. The service there was pretty bad and not organized at all. There is a ski rental place in property (Cuylas) which I recommend. Also getting the forfeits from the hotel was a good service. The breakfast was bountiful, many carb and protein options, perfect for a day of skiing. They did not spare. Overall the hotel was fine, definitely family friendly, great location near all the good restaurants, bars and slopes. I would recommend improving the service and staff friendliness in general.

Good value
The hotel is a little tired round the edges but is clean, functional and has friendly staff. Breakfasts are good with plenty of choice and the location by the ski lift is excellent. My main issues were with the beds which were far more comfortable without the plastic undersheet, and with the thermostat in the room which did not seem to make the room any cooler even when it was freezing outside. Fortunately, it was possible to open the window. Overall, the hotel is good value for money. However, it is worth knowing that there is a free public car park within 5 mins walk. The hotel's underground car park is expensive.

Would totally recommend and stay again!
We loved the proximity to the gondola and chair lift from reception, just across the road and up a staircase. The hotel was very good value for money, and our rate included the breakfast buffet. Incredibly clean and comfortable, comfy bed, good amount of storage in the room. Lovely view from the window. Great food served at the bar/dining area, really good value wines and bar snacks. Breakfast restaurant was also really great, a wide variety of different foods, continental, hots to order, pastries. We loved the individual ski lockers allocated to each bedroom, to store all of your ski equipment. Noise from other rooms does travel on the floors, but the hotel do have signs asking for quiet, so you can see they’re being proactive about it. We would totally choose to stay here again, specifically searching for the Tuc Blanc

Great hotel, bats well above is official 3* rating
Just had a great 4 night ski break at this hotel. OK so architecturally and room decor wise this hotel is not going to win any awards (which you can see from the pictures) in every other respect it is a fantastic & great value hotel. Friendly welcome from reception despite our gone midnight arrival, in fact friendly & helpful reception & bar staff the whole trip. The full buffet breakfast was excellent - frankly as good as any other 4-5* international hotel I've used in the last year. Ski locker room. Pool & Spa (which I never got round to using). Facilities to store your bag so you can ski last day and showers provided before your return home. Great location - cross the road and climb a flight of stairs to the gondola or chairlift, lift pass office and an apres ski bar. I genuinely cannot find a fault based on the price we paid (we managed to book single rooms, which were double rooms charged at half the rate - had we paid full double room price for a single it would have been markedly less attractive). Very limited pay parking at the hotel - but no big deal, drop your bags, drive 200m down the road to the free car park. Hotel bar is nice. Livelier pub in the basement with music & pool table. Ski rental shop in the hotel building. If you haven't gathered, I like this hotel.

Good location and clean but that is about all i can say. Ignored our requests for double bed and quiet room. Changed room immediately to sort double bed but the walls are VERY thin and the flooring is hard so you can hear everything. Internet is poor - keeps falling over requiring phonecalls to reception so they can reset - always a minimum 15 minutes. It is also quite slow. No tea/coffee making facilities

Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Seuls petit points négatif, température au 5ème étage un peu trop élevée et il manquait juste un mini bar dans la chambre. Les : - casier à ski perso verrouillé à clef dans une pièce chauffée -le prix inclus l’accès à la piscine avec jacuzzi en verrière -le prix inclus également l’accès au petit déjeuner en mode buffet incroyable, on adore la machine à jus d’oranges pressés ! (option lait végétal et sans gluten possible) -option possible avec buffet dîner en demi pension, les plats changent tous les jours entre spécialités espagnoles (gaspacho, paella, saucisson) et animations fajitas, crêpes sucrées pour la St Valentin ou découpe pièces de bœuf/cochon on s’est régalé 😋 Possibilité de grignoter des tapas/pintxos à la cafétéria (en supplément) devant un match de foot ou en jouant au billard. Plusieurs salons accessibles pour être au calme (ou pas si trop d’enfants…), on a adoré le salon avec les canapés au pied du feu de cheminée !! Possibilité de garer sa voiture gratuitement dans le grand parking à l’entrée de Baqueira (5min à pieds) sinon le parking de l’hôtel est à 23€ la nuit. Une fois la voiture déposée tout se fait à pied, accès aux pistes tout proche avec loueur de ski dédié aux clients de l’hôtel. Séjour parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent se laisser porter et profiter 😌

Un hôtel exceptionnel !! Très bien accueillis par un personnel très sympathique et extrêmement serviable et arrangeant. Piscine et spa super. Chambre grande et tres confortable avec bonne literie, très bon petit déjeuner. Un bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande et c'est sûr je reviendrai !!!

Heerlijk hotel op de perfecte plek. (Tegenover de skilift en de après-ski bar.) Het beviel zo goed. We zouden eerst een week gaan maar we hebben 3 dagen bijgeboekt. In de 10 dagen hebben we heerlijk ontbeten en goed avondeten gehad. De kok maakte heerlijke gerechten. Mijn complimenten. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Skiverhuur zit in het hotel en maakt dat het erg makkelijk. Tussentijds de ski's laten slijpen en waxen is geen probleem. Een gezellige bar maakt het compleet. De kamer is schoon met een fijn bad. We komen hier graag weer terug.

Établissement bien situé dans la station , accès à pieds a la télécabine . Les chambres ont été rénovées depuis notre dernier séjour , y compris la salle de bain . Les buffets petits déjeuners et dîners nous ont convaincus. La piscine mériterait 2 degrés de plus mais je comprends qu’en ce moment cela soit la chasse aux économies d’énergies . A l’accueil il manque du personnel , il n’y qu’un seul agent d’accueil. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble nous reviendrons .

Muy buena opción para Baqueira 1500.
La situación del hotel es muy buena, justo cruzas la calle, subes unas escaleras y ya estás en el telecabina o el telesilla de Baqueira 1500. Nos dieron la habitación y la plaza de parking (eso si, 20 Euros) antes del horario de check-in y eso nos permitió esquiar un rato más. Al ser un hotel ya con bastantes años puede parecer desfasado pero las habitaciones se han renovado bien, La habitación correcta, cama cómoda y bañera también buena. La cena es bastante variada (aperitivo, 4 platos para escoger de primero, otros 4 de segundo y un bufet de postres espectacular) y lo que es increíble es el desayuno: tanto por variedad como por calidad es más de hotel de 5 estrellas que de 3. También destacaría la amabilidad del personal, tanto de recepción como en el comedor. La piscina está un poco fría pero es correcta, y el jacuzzi también gratis es un plus para cuando acabas de esquiar, así como el guardaesquís en la planta baja, El hotel tiene 3 estrellas pero creo que corespondería a 4 superior. Pagamos más de lo habitual por reservar a última hora y en temporada alta pero volveremos sin duda.

No es mi primera ni segunda ni décima vez en este hotel. Llego al hotel. El recepcionista durmiendo. No tienen mi reserva. Se está 15 minutos buscándola. Pido parking y tiene una rampa empinada no, lo siguiente. Me dice que vaya a ver si está limpia. Resulta que solo limpiaron la parte de arriba, me voy con el coche y lo estampo contra dos coches y un muro de nieve. Entro en el parking y mi coche no cabe ni en la plaza asignada ni en otras (mercedes clase a, no es precisamente un tanque). Lo bueno, la habitación era perfecta, limpia y muy espaciosa, y el baño impecable. Pero el servicio pésimo.
