    “Won't reward rude staff again”

    Management needs to review their staffing. Utterly ignorant check in, extremely rude cleaning staff, and checking out felt like I should have possibly apologized for renting a room. Clean, decent, lumpy old beds, decent bathroom. Otherwise, there are places more suited to reward with your hard earned cash.

    “Avoid this hotel”

    This is a one-star hotel with three-star prices. Wifi did not work. There was not even a bathmat. Rooms are tiny. We practically had to sleep on top of our luggage. Breakfast cost 14 euros for one person! We cannot recommend this hotel. While we did not expect the Ritz, this hotel is definitely not up to Holiday Inn North American standards.

    “Comment caser 3 personnes dans une boîte d'allumettes”

    Mon mari, notre fille de 12 ans et moi-même avons été très surpris par le côté spartiate de notre chambre. Toute petite armoire, aucun moyen de poser nos valises autrement que sur le lit et difficile de les caser ensuite sous le bureau. Grande salle de bain avec baignoire mais aucun endroit pour poser nos affaires de toilettes (finalement elles ont fini sur le sol). Le lit d'appoint de notre fille était collé au nôtre, elle avait à peine la place pour poser le pied au sol entre son lit et le bureau. Quand à sa couverture, elle était tâchée... Nous avons été vraiment déçus de notre week-end de 2 nuits, sans parler de l'accueil inexistant. Pour couronner le tout, pas de repas le soir car week-end = fermeture des cuisines. Nous avons certainement échappé au pire. Cet hôtel est tout juste digne d'une étoile, surtout quand on songe que notre chambre était celle représentée sur la brochure comme "standard".
