“Impressed”
It was a short stay, but a very pleasent one. Really, no complaints whatsoever, next time I won't even look for another hotel in Szeged.

“Excellent”
Very large room with river views, at a very low nightly rate. Excellent value for a good 4 star hotel. Didn't get correct change from tourist tax at end of stay, which was disappointing, but otherwise excellent.

“A good room for the price”
Booked as a stopover on the way to Bulgaria and not disappointed, I will use this hotel on my next trip. Menu was basic and breakfast non inclusive but overall happy with what we had for our money. Room was clean, staff friendly and helpfull.
“Can't say no to Novotel”
Great hotel, good staff. A bit of a stroll into town but that isn't a problem. Would definately stay there again.

The Novotel was a terrific experience. The restaurant is much better than I typically see in an American hotel - simple, good food, well-presented. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The Novotel has a very clean, professional European look while still maintaining a friendly comfortable atmosphere.
“Not Novotel class”
Purchased 4-star services and been offered 2-star conditions. Price should have been half of what I was charged.
