Poor Internet

Pros: The staff was excellent at motivating us to participate in the activities. The evening entertainment was superb. The buffet was excellent.
Cons: Yes the internet should be made more available and faster
Location: Played Golf at 3 different courses.
In this day and age, the Internet is the life blood of some of us who have smart phones. The wireless connection was only available in the lobby and most of the time the connection would drop. Several people, plus myself, were at the cashier complaining about the service almost daily.

Excelente custo benefício. Quarto: fiquei num quarto muito bom com vista para o jardim, acredito que tenha sido reformado, banheiro bom, sem banheira, térreo, no frigobar havia apenas água mineral. Tempo extra no hotel: nosso voo de volta era a noite, então fizemos o check out às 12h, deixamos as malas numa sala trancada na recepção e às 17h fomos na recepção e pegamos o cartão de outro quarto para tomar banho, aproveitamos para jantar antes de ir pro aeroporto. Não sei se todos os resorts fazem isso, foi ótimo. Lazer: excelente, equipe de recreação do hotel e equipe francesa muito boas, shows legais a noite, aula de alongamento seguida de aula de abdominais e pernas todos os dias às 10h. Alimentação: comida excelente, várias opções para todos os gostos, é possível ser saudável, pratos grandes nos restaurantes a la carte, pina colada e coco loco muito bons! Obrigatório calça para homens no jantar. DICA para fugir dos funcionários oferecendo passeios: diga que já foi, e para os que chamam para conhecer o Cayena, diga que está indo embora, deu super certo! Falava isso, dizia obrigada e ia andando, quando insistiam dizia que estava com pressa para pegar lugar na praia, não parei nenhuma vez pois já tinha lido os comentários. Se responder ''obrigado'' eles percebem que é do Brasil e querem conversar, se realmente não quiser perder tempo é melhor dizer ''thank you''.

VIK Hotel Punta Cana

Went for 3 nights to the VIK Hotel. The hotel itself is a bit old; however it´s OK the overall conditions of the hotel are good (not great but good). The food was good the drinks were OK. It´s a pretty good deal for what it costs compared to other All-inclusives in Punta Cana.

A reasonable hotel

Pros: The staff
Cons: Rooms need updating in three of the blocks. Buffet could do with more English/American food, especially for children.
Location: Only 30 mins from airport. Nice bay to walk along. Nowhere to walk nearby but plenty of trips outside the hotel.
We wanted a small hotel and didn't have far to go to any of the restaurants, lobby and beach. Overall a good experience although slightly run down, but not so much that it spoiled the holiday. Staff all extremely pleasant and friendly. Food reasonable at the buffet but not outstanding. Only two restaurants in the all-inclusive - Italian and Mexican - both of which required men to wear long trousers so we didn't bother as they didn't look much better. When we travelled the other customers were mostly German and Russian and the food was definitely biased towards their cuisine. Beach amazing and plenty of short activities which were fun.

My stay at VIK

My stay at the vik was less than memorable the hotel staff were rude most if the time. The food was not all that good and most times was just warm at best.This is the first and last time i will stay at this hotel and i will NOT recommend it to anyone else. for a 3 star hotel i expected more and was VERY disappointed should be rerated to 1 star!!

Pros: Everything but the must importan is the staff .Rino Tavares ,Francisco amancio,Naomi ,martires,and Valentina .they make the diferent at this company
Cons: The gym ,need more item to work out.also don't let minor go to the gym.
Location: The location is perfect.and closed to the hotel is plaza bavaro is vey nices to buy gift
Was very nices experience,but the must importan people who make the diferent is Rino Tavares and Francisco amancio they make you feel like king. They are work so hard for everything to make you happy .i will recommend whent you go there ask for Rino and Francisco.you will see how hard they work for you. We see another boss but they are so bad and lazy ,one or those is Milton a bold guy who thing is a players but is alway do nothing just look a girls. Naomi was very good too and martires at front desk .the hotel need to have more fruit and repair the gym is horrible .the maid was very sweet her name is Valentina we stay at room 5119 and 5112 right from at the beach .we recommend if you going to be there ask for all those people .thank you guys for you help.we will came back .we also email the owner at this hotel her name is Barbara esparragos .we make a note to her about how nices was are experience there.
