The staff was very friendly and the facility was outstanding. Love the pool areas and access to the beach. Only negative is it's difficult to get in contact with someone if you need room service.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. Upgrading to Preferred is well worth it, our concierge Daya was excellent. The room was clean and the private pool was a plus. The staff truly made our experience one to remember - Julio at Olio, Elizabeth at the coffee shop and hibachi with Hocqui, Sebastian and Felix at the bar, dinner with Marlon Brando :), Salsa with J Low….everyone was great!
