“Can't wait to go back.”
I was really impressed with the Iberostar brand. I was a senior, traveling alone, but I felt at ease. Most of the other guests were Europeans or young couples with their children. I was especially impressed with the dinners at the speciality restaurants which had to be reserved at the front desk. The nightly entertainment was also great. Star Team members danced with ladies and gentlemen from the audience. I met a young mother from Denver traveling with her 13 year old daughter, and we shared a table each night during the showtimes. Expedia/Club Caribe representative helped me arrange a visit to an amusement park with pickup at the hotel. Guests were free to use the two other Iberostar properties nextdoor.
“Iberostar Best Hotel in Punta Cana”
Iberostar is the best hotel in Punta Cana. This is our 3rd time back. The beautiful gardens, pool area,beach,rooms and friendly atmosphere are amazing. Can't wait to go back soon.
“WE LOVE THE DR!!!”
This is my wifes and my third time at this hotel and first time with our kids. The pools were great and the beaches were amazing!! We go the beach almost every weekend living in Florida, but the water and the sand at the beaches in the Dominican Republic are amazing!! The beaches at our hotel were cleaner than the other hotels because they had personnel out early in the morning when I was running, and they cleaned all the sea weed and debris up better than the other hotels near us. The food and drinks at the hotel are amazing also!!! There was always something for everyone to eat, and the quality of the food was excellent! All the employees whether they were at the front desk, taking care of the landscaping, serving food, caring for our rooms or working at the bar, they were all very friendly and willing to do anything to accomodate us. We truly enjoyed our vacation!! We are already talking about going back there again!!
“Great Spring Break”
Went here for spring break and it was great. Good food, didn't get sick, clean room, working AC, close to the nice beach, etc. I didn't have any problems that some of the other reviewers had like AC problems. It is really clean; every morning people are scrubbing the walkways, picking up seaweed from the beach, etc. Staff there is very friendly. I went for Spring Break but there were also families there with children as well. Overall very happy.
“Going back next year!”
Outstanding customer service! The night we arrived they did not have a room w/2 beds available, but assured us they'd remedy next morning. First thought, yeah right, here we go. To the contrary, when we approached the reception desk the next a.m. the rep said, she had our request in hand, they could move our bags for us if we had activities scheduled. Lo and behold when we returned from the golf course, our bags were moved. They even moved items we forgot to repack. It was uphill from there! Wonderful experience, can't wait to go back.
“Iberostar - good choice to go with”
After much research we decided to book the Iberostar Bavaro for our family vacation. We were very satisfied with the hotel and the close proximity to the airport. The majority of the staff spoke English and were very nice. The grounds were beautiful! The staff was constatntly around cleaning the lawns, ponds, etc. The room was clean but not spotless. The food was decent. They had choices for people of every age. They had lots of options at all meal times. The nice thing was that food was basically available all day long. The pools and beach were clean. I would stay at another Iberostar hotel after this experience.

Enjoyed everything about our vacation. The food at the buffet was more than satisfying, beach was beautiful, and staff was very friendly. We've been there twice and we will be back again.
“Great Family Resort”
Iberostar Bavaro was centrally located among all the Iberostar hotels along Playa Bavaro. I walked to a few of the other resorts such as RIU and felt that the iberostar resorts were superior. The beach and water were postcard beautiful, pool was great, drinks top shelf (except only one choice of beer; Presidente which is a pilsner), food variety excellent.
