“Very suprised”
Just got back from Punta Cana, we were plesantly suprised! We werent really sure about the resort with getting such a great deal and all. But it was truly paradise! Beautiful beach, beautiful resort. The room was the only thing that could have been made better but we were barely there, there is so much to do between shows, excursions and the beach! Food was beyond amazing!
“Great resort for the money paid!”
Breathtaking beach, great pools, good food (large selection), good tropical drinks, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, great night shows. My 16-yr old daughter and her friend loved the disco, the water sports, music, and the animation team.
“Can't wait to go back..”

“cant wait to go back with everyone i know”
The food was delicious , they never served the same meal twice, the staff and boss's were all nice , helpful and understanding. The entertainment was unbelievable, always something to do. Not too many people bothered you for things, like sellling stuff to you.
“Punta Cana best Hotel....”
We fell in love with this place..we were so close to the beach...not even 2 minutes to it...and well the food was soooo good....we truly enjoyed this vacation..the service was outstanding and everyone was so friendly. I will be a return visitor!
“I loved it !!”
EVERYTHING WAS NICE, THE ONLY COMPLAINT WAS SOME PEOPLE, MAKING SOME VACATIONS PROMOTION DROVE US CRAZY, AND WE SPENT AN HOUR AND A HALF LISTENING THEIR PROMOTION BECAUSE THE DID NOT LEAVE US ALONE, BEHIND US ALL DAY, AND SO SORRY, BUT IF YOU SAID NO, AND NO ,AND NO...PLEASEEE THEIR SHOULD UNDERSTAND, I M SO SAD TO SAY THIS, I DO NOT WANT TO BE RUDE, AND I KNOW IT IS THEIR JOBS, BUT PLEASE, WE ARE ON VACATIONS, WE WANTED TO ENJOY THE DAYS, NO SPEND ALL DAY LISTENING PROMOTIONS... SORRY... BESIDES THAT.. THANKS!! THE MOST OF THE PEOPLE WAS SWEET AND WONDERFUL. ..
“Don't take negative reviews too seriously!”
I found this resort to be much more than I bargained for. It was an excellent value and a great vacation spot. Our room was clean and comfortable, towels were in great supple and the beach awesome. We dined at the Asian and Dominican restaurants which were good. The Asian being extremely accommodating, fun and the fare delicious. No complaints and we can't wait to return. Thank you.
“hotel paradise”
a very neat and clean hotel set with palm trees and lush white sand. the theme restaurants were excellent and the buffet had so much choice. the staff were friendly and courtious. would love to go back again
“Grand Paradice Bavaro Hotel”
In my opinion the service and the attention in general are very good. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to have a relaxed week on the beach.
“Beatiful vacation at a great price”
I can't even begin to explain how wrong most of the bad reviews are. I do have to say that the food in the hotel is not spectacular; however, is not bad at all. In fact, I always found something good to eat. I would recommend going to the Italian restaurant( to me the best). Now, the entertainment was not the best, but the workers at the hotel made it real funny. And for those who say the activities are towards french or spanish speaking. Hello!!! it is D.R. Now, I do speak spanish so I was able to have some extra conversations with people, but my girlfriend doesn't speak spanish and she was always able to communicate. I would strongly recommend going to Saona Island and doing the speed boats. We did the Santo Domingo tour and we found that one to be an interesting one. After all, Punta Cana is only 3 hours away from the first capital of the new world. In general, we had a great time at the hotel and even outside. However, if you are looking for extreme party, don't go to punta cana because is a place for relaxation and beach activities. The club scene is not that great. By the way, stay on building 6 oceanview; that is the closest to the beach. The so call "club" is far from the beach and you have to take a 3 minute shuttle from the club to the main hotel. The good this in the "club" is the swim up bar.
