“Appreciation comment at the Barcelos Palace Resort”

This was our 4th time at this Resort and the service was excellent. Clean and the beach just great. Already planning our next year vacation. Mucha Gracias to Barcelos Palace for our wonderful vacation.

due to the fact that the beach resort is no longer inclusive with the palace delux package since november of this year we should have been notified so that we did not have to deal with guest services for 2 days to get upgraded so that we could have access to the beach resort also it would be very helpful if you indicate that we are repeat guests as stated to us by the customer service

“Amazing resort!!!!!!”

We stayed for 7 days in a family deluxe suite with my husband myself and 3 teenage girls! The room was very roomy and comfortable walked right out to bar area with a kids water park another one next to it that you have to pay for but kids had a blast! Many pools to enjoy whatever direction you go in! Didn't spend much time at beach but was amazing you could walk for miles! If you walk further down beach opposite adult side there were many chairs in beach available. Had fresh coconut water in coconut - the maintance crew would chopped down and give to u! Amazin service in restaurants , tried to use restaurant coupons but was already booked so book on first day. Or go sit on patio order a nice bottle of wine and ask for Fransico he is the wine guru and will get you into any restaurant - tip him he is worth it! Remember your trip is what YOU make of it! If you are going to Act like Queen and be demanding rather than appreciating all the amenities you won't enjoy this trip! We saw a few there an I'm sure that's where some of these neg reviews come from! We would go back again. Enjoy the fresh smoothie bar and they will make it with fresh fruit, water and ice rather than all the extra stuff! Enjoy we had such a great time! Take the time to check out dancer show each night was amazing! Remember to appreciate the staff and learn something from them! Watch how often they break out into singing and smiling - appreciation is in the little things

“Can't wait to go back”

The beat hotel in the world, I loved it so much and recommend it to anyone. Food was great, service was amazing and the hotel was extremely well kept. Anyone going to Punta Cana needs to stay here.

It was a nice hotel. I liked my room. It had a jacuzzi. I think there could have been more vegetarian variety. I hope they start carrying whole wheat bread and pastas in the future. I liked the casino, night club, and theater.

If you speak spanish you'll have a pleasant experience! If you don't, smile! People react when you connect with them, they will help you even if they don't get clearly what you need.

“Who won't like free wifi!”

The hotel experience was amazing, food was fabulous, - If there was free wifi for a premium resort of this caliber I bet there would be a lot more people. In addition to that a late check out would be nice because of varying flight timings instead of charging more for a late checkout.

“Beautiful Beach, Great Hotel, Okay Food”

The hotel is in a very good location, only about a 20 minute drive from the airport. The hotel grounds themselves are very well maintained. Everything is very clean and taken care of. Rooms are immaculate, beautiful views from every direction. The beach is also very large, wide, powder white sand and very warm water with many non-motorized activities that are readily available. The entertainment is great, although it should be better advertised, and the casino is great to have some fun. You will enjoy your stay here.
