“A must stay in Pune”

I took a great deal of time selecting a hotel in Pune to take my son to the Mahindra United World College of India, and kept returning to the St.Laurn for amenities, location and price. The hotel staff greeted us with smiling friendly faces and the reception staff were knowledgeable about our request. Every question from transportation,sightseeing and shopping were always informative and helpful. The hotel helped to arrange a car and driver for me twice to make the hour and half drive (one way) to the college in Paud and return to the hotel, as well as my four hour return to Mumbai. I definently will stay at the St.Laurn again when planning my next trip to Pune. The meals at the Ebony were prepared very well and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and well supplied. I was pleasantly surprised with the availability of iron/ironing board and an umbrella which is not offered other places I have been. The laundry service was within normal wait time however the clothing had an unusual odor to the clothes when deliverd, as though they had been stored near the kitchen.

“Nothing Wrong, Everything OK . Best Hotel”

superb hotel. I travellled lot of countries and stayed in Many kind of hotels . Mostly 5 star and 4 star hotels. I stayed at St laurels business hotel Pune from 24 th to 27 th February. One of the Best Hotels I stayed . They gave Complimentary Air Port Pick Up from Pune Airport. All the Staff were very Helpful and Respected their Customers as best they can. Reception Staff was very friendly. Restaurant staff also very friendly. Room service was number one. Everyone working this hotel knows how to satisfy the Customer. Definitlly book this hotel again when I visit Pune.

“2 nd Stay”

I visited St Laurns Business Hotel, Kofegaon Park from 06th April to 09th April. 2 nd Visit to this Hotel. This time i was there with My Son and My Friend. 100% Happy Stay as Same as Last Stay. My Son is also Very Happy about the Hotel. Everything O.K. Famillies.Business Travellers. ...all Must Stay Hotel in Pune.

“Not the best way to attract repeat clientele ...”

The hotel and room infrastructure was generally fine. The sad thing is that with a little attention to detail the guest experience could have been so much better. Little things - no slippers in the room, an electric kettle that didn't work, no coffee & tea in the room (as indicated on the web site), only instant coffee available at breakfast. An empty mini bar with only one bottle of water provided. An internal screen was peeling off in the room & no replacement of hand towels after cleaning of the room. The Gym as indicated had a great view, but is small with some nice equipment and some quite ordinary equipment but when I went there (about 7.30am on a Friday) the Gym and pool area was unattended with no towels or a water cooler in sight. For some reason I was also charged something like Rs. 10 a minute for a toll free call!!
