Inhibidor de señal de teléfono celular e internet

Posted 4-Jan-2015
Para que tengas que contratar llamadas de larga distancia e internet por cada dispositivo de $10 dólares por 24 horas. Además el internet que proveen y venden ellos no tiene buena señal en los cuartos, solamente en el Lobby

Perfect choice

Posted 2-Jan-2015
We travelled with friends who have been vacationing here for years. This has now become our favourite vacation spot. Villa del Palmar offers a first class resort with exceptional customer service, outstanding cuisine at their restaurants and an extremely safe environment. I would highly recommend this resort for all ages

Xmas with the family

Posted 30-Dec-2014
Pros: Very friendly & attentive staff, never appeared crowded even though it was full. No lines for restaurants
Cons: More restaurant selections
Location: Bucerias 20 min. walk on beach, Puerto Vallarta 45 min. taxi $40 (4), $25 (2). Mega store 20 min. walk
Overall, we had a fantastic time with our 2 sons & their families. Check-in was quick & they even gave us our room when we arrived at 1:00pm (2 hours early) & provided connecting room to our grandson's. Hotel is beautifully maintained, with great pools, a beautiful beach (very walkable even with my new ankle) with super body surfing waves. Only a 20 minute walk to Mega store (like Walmart), well stocked with very reasonable prices (got a boogey board for $11.00 US). Also has good food selection. Took a taxi back to the resort for $5.00US. Very friendly & accommodating staff, special thanks to Nathaley (Reception), Oscar (Pool) & Jesus (Server). At the airport, we had no line to clear Customs but heard some people later in the day had waits up to 1.5 hours . Pre-booked a shuttle thru Gray Line & they were waiting outside (Green shirts) with a taxi to take us directly to the hotel. Took about 30 - 40 minutes from airport to hotel. Easy walk along the beach to town of Bucerias, lots of restaurants & small shops. Took taxi back for $8.00 including tip. We had the All-inclusive, so ate most of our meals at the resort. Check-out was a breeze, recommend you pre-book your ride to airport, we encountered an accident which brought traffic to a standstill & the United counter had a very long line (took about 40 minutes). Highly recommend over crowded Puerto Vallarta.

Muy bueno!

Excellent accommodations and beautiful facilities. The bed was somewhat stiff and lumpy, but that's a matter of preference. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Bring lots of Pesos

Posted 21-Dec-2014
The only way you get any service is if you tip. The pool staff will even remove your towels and personal effects to give to someone else for a tip. The place is crawling with time share sales people. Even on the beach. Not relaxing. Much better places. Not recommended

Staff attention to guest MUST really improve!!

Posted 25-Nov-2014
Pros: The room was according to the category f the hotel
Cons: A lot of work has to be done with the staff training and the food service must be available ALL day
Location: Nuevo Vallarta is a fine place to take a vacation, with great beaches and activities; just not at this hotel
1.- Check-in exceeded the reasonable time to wait in line, even with only few guests and three counters in service (20 min) 2.- Restaurant service was the worst experience ever. The hotel has a dark hour, between 17:30 and 18:30 when there`s NO service available, except for a pizza oven. We were running a half marathon the next day and we had to go out to a restaurant in town to have dinner. 3.- The waiters in the beach area spend more time at the bar doing anything else, instead of wandering to service the guests. 4.- The room was very nice, comfortable, well equipped with a kitchenette and a balcony.

Hotel muy caro... con check-out muy corto

Posted 24-Nov-2014
