“I will stay here again”

Velas Vallarta was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. I could not come up with one negative comment about this resort.

“Everything we expected!”

We enjoyed a relaxing week at Velas Vallarta Resort. The staff were all friendly, the food was good for an all inclusive resort and even though reservations were recommended for Andrea we were still able to eat there without reservations. The resort offered two tours which we both enjoyed. My only compliant is that other guests do no abide by the rules for saving pool chairs. Even though staff requested no chair reservation by 10:30 am many guests had placed towels and other personal belongings by 9:30 am or earlier. Other than that it was a great choice in Puerto Vallarta.

“Definitely going back”

The hotel is about 10 minutes from the Airport, which is great. The restaurants at the hotel where real good & open late. The pools are big and service at pool area is first rate, you won't have to wait around for a drink. Basically all you'll ever need is within the hotel, so you won't want to leave. The Theme nights where absolutely great and the dancing afterwards was very intertaining. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. ENJOY!

“Always A Pleasant Stay”

I'm a frequent traveler to Puerto Vallarta and have stayed at many hotels, but one hotel in particular that I find myself coming back to is Velas Vallarta. For overall service, confort and beauty I consider Velas Vallarta one of my favorites and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Puerto Vallarta!

“Couldn't have been better!”

We stayed at the Velas for my wedding along with 40 of our guests! We were quite the wild crew but they kept up with us just fine. The staff was so incredibly nice and were at your back and all whenver you needed anyhitng. The grounds were in tip top shape. The food was AWESOME!! It was a great experience all around and all our guest were so happy with the decision I made on where to stay!!

“great honeymoon”

all inclusive 4 night package, 8/13-8/17. awesome place! great service from a large staff of friendly people. the food at the Andrea restaurant was excellent bisto quality. the pool side waiters take care of you and the drinks were pretty stiff. the beach water was unpleasant as it was the rainy season and the water had lots of sticks and rocks. studio room was fine. overall: 8.5 out of 10!

“Excellent place to stay”

I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone. The all inclusive option includes all food, drink, and even includes 24 hour room service. The pools are large, warm, and were not crowded at all. The marina is a walk away and downtown Puerto Vallarta is about a US$10 cab ride away.

Vellas Vallarta went above and beyond to ensure we had an outstanding vacation. We especially want to thank Teodoro and Gilberto for their exceptional service and friendliness. We can't wait to go back and see them. We will definitely go back soon. However, I would like detailed instructions for the microwave!!

“Just FANTASTIC !!! (All inclusive package)”

We travel a lot and we are quite picky. That was our first all-inclusive vacation and it was great! We were happy that we picked Velas Vallarta! We enjoyed it all the time and had a very good rest there. Very good clean property including rooms, pool. At night it was very quiet. Food is fresh exquisite. Velas has its own filtration system. We ate raw fruits and veggies and none of us got sick there. Beach is very nice for playing and walking. We've been there 8 days - we had fantastic time. Our 6 years old son enjoyed it a lot too - there kids activities there and entertainment for kids and adults at night. Very safe. We took a Netbook with us - it kept our son entertained while we were dining.

Excellent stay at Velas Vallarta! Beautuful grounds, rooms very clean and comfortable. Food is very good and the staff is extremely friendly! Was never once bothered by time-share people. My kids 10 & 7 had a great time and we will definetely be back. Thank you Velas for a great vacation!
