"Everything was good. The hotel is a little outdated but it is really compensated with the food, drinks, but overall the service. Best part of the hotel is the staff. They are always smiling and helping you out with anything you need. Highly recommended for families who want to spend the day at the pool, eating good food, and have some cold drinks."

"The hotel appears to be understaffed and unprepared for the number of guests it accommodates. The dining area is too small for the volume of people staying there, resulting in extremely long lines. We had to wait nearly two hours just to be seated at the buffet. Customer service was also disappointing. Staff members were often rude and seemed bothered when guests asked for assistance, making it difficult to get help when needed. The room conditions were uncomfortable as well. The air conditioning did not work properly, and the room temperature never dropped below 77°F, making it hard to relax or sleep comfortably."

"The front staff was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing with scrambled eggs, a couple of regional dishes each morning, hotcakes, bread for toast, water, coffee and juices. The shuttle to the airport arrived quickly and the driver was excellent, professional, helpful and friendly. Would not hesitate to stay again."

"I love the service and friendly staff, everyone at the Hyatt ziva was amazing, I also enjoyed the private beach, the buffet was great especially Cesar a cook at the seafood station area. He served me some delicious spicy shrimp. I can't wait to go back to Puerto Vallarta just to visit my friends who work there. Thank you very much for making my stay very welcoming.see you next year."
