Food was terrible. We waited until 730pm to be checked in. The music was eh, the jacuzzi was not a jacuzzi but a barely warm pool. I will still with airbnbing and driving to the best local restaurants and nothing was infused with love in this experience. The tv was not smart and had no Netflix or any way to connect. Everything was mediocre at best. I was promised an extra night for the trouble and I still have not received this to make up for it.

the resort is not near anything walkable. Dining options was limited to 1 place and that was the buffet. when trying to reserve the advertised restaurants, they were always closed. If you do not speak Spanish I would not recommend. you will just be frustrated.

If you decided to book here call ahead to find out what is actually available - this was NOT worth the money the food is only a buffet, no activities, no in room service like refill of sodas. I dont drink but doubt that is even worth the money. I would NEVER stay here again all inclusive is a lie and false advertisement and this hotel should not be advertising this establishment as an l inclusive.. The stove didnt work so couldnt even make something since the limited buffet was VERY limited. Spent more time on the phone and in the office trying to figure oout why things w3e3rent working even asked to go back to my originial room King suite because they didnt even heat up the pool on the terrace that I paid an extra $200 a night for. This whole place was a scam. All inclusive does not mean you sleep and eat buffet. NEVER WILL STAY AGAIN- staff could care less as well so convos went no where

The property was well looked after and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The food and drinks were fantastic. The property felt extremely safe. I would highly recommend this property to groups looking for a relaxing vacation. There was no fighting over pool loungers or long waits for restaurants like I've experienced at other resorts. A couple of minor drawbacks: poor wifi reception, many of the listed amenities were not available during our stay, no room service available, and having to shuttle between buildings created some delays. There were also no hair dryers in the room so I embraced my either wet or extremely wavy hair for the duration. Overall, I would stay here again with no hesitation.

No adults only areas as advertised (under construction) Extremely limited dining hours and options No room service available at all. Dining area when open is likely a long hike away Arrived at the beach on the FIRST Shuttle in the am, got no umbrella, and no Towel... nor were any available all day. We just paid for them. Nightlife is virtually non existant here, and you will not have ANY option being so secluded, unless you uber somewhere (i suggest JAX in bucerias) There was a bit of locals activities at the bingo hall of an emty bar but it was all panish, every night. We had newer rooms that were comfy and clean, modern. But 2 of our friends had older/bigger rooms with private pools that definately werent maintained as well and both rooms needed to be cleaned/maintained before they would check in. When we arrived we were shuttled all around the roperty without maps, to different buildings.. had no idea where anything was, that we were in different buildings (after requesting during booking 3 months in advance to be in the same area) 2 of our bags were lost in the shuttling for 24 hours , because over helpful shuttle drivers were just grabbing bags and taking them. All in all we paid for 4 nights... only stayed for 2. If you are spanish speaking and have a family and want some bland limited menus at precise hours, this is your place. Definatly not for english speaking seeking adults only or socializing

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was suitable with our own kitchenet, and balcony. We had an amazing view of the ocean from our suite. Hands down the staff made our stay! Big shout out to Jorge who was beyond fantastic, Argentinea and Jesus were wonderful as well. All the staff were truly exceptional! Some day we will be back.

The property was amazing. The views and a lot of pool areas. Not friendly for seniors and children with the amount of hills and different buildings being so far apart. The food and all inclusive is different make sure you understand the times available to eat. The grounds are a little remote but the area and close proximity to some awesome areas is great.

Check-in process was terrible, my room was dirty when I arrived, I was told there would be options to eat that there were not, the staff was rude and later told the other guest in my party my tip was only 50 pesos for taking us to the room although he did not carry out bags in.

Overall the property is just okay, I only choose it cause it was a couple hundred less than other all inclusive resorts near by. Walls are paper thin, I was on the fourth floor and could hear people in the pool down on the second floor till late hours of the night. They also just choose random times to stop food services even though they give a little piece of paper with all the times written down, they don’t follow that. I wouldn’t also won’t choose this resort if you don’t speak Spanish, very limited people who speak English at the hotel. The views from my room were great though.

We liked some of the staff. Nestor, Jaime, Ivan, Karem, Omar and All the staff at Delta. The language barrier at the front desk check in was not good for us. They overcharged us in our exchange rate and the medical. I have to own some of that for not pushing back on it though. All in all a nice peaceful hotel that isn’t at the resort level when we stayed. The room was great but in need of some maintenance.

I absolutely LOVED my room! It was a huge two bedroom with a pool on the balcony. The food was great, although due to occupancy only certain restaurants were open while we stayed. The property was beautiful, I felt very safe and I really would love to go back!

Stayed in a beautiful all inclusive villa that did not offer room service or alcohol in the room. Kitchen was dirty. 1 fork and no paper towels. The staff at check in were not friendly or helpful. Not what I’m use to while on vacation, it was almost an inconvenience to ask them for assistance. The food was ok, and only one restaurant was open and available for dinner. The bar closest to our villa was closed. The walk to the open bar was a little far. Maybe golf carts for villas might be nice.

The service is very good, the location and the fact of having a beach club was a highlight. I didn’t like that the administration charged us for a stained bedsheet due to a skin cut the first day but only told us when we left after 6 days. Lobby coordination did mistakes a couple of days in our dinner reservations. The “free” wifi doesn’t really work so you need to pay per device in a 5 star hotel? A really bad thing is that if you are in a guest room that has room to room connection, you can hear a lot the other room. They were nice enough to keep the other room empty during our stay.

I paid $6000.00 for one week in Mexico for this joint. Would never go back as price is definitely not worth it. My girlfriend slipped in room because of a very leaking AC, she suffered hip, arm and wrist injuries. Staff shrugged their shoulders. Front desk, well, I have get better treatment at McDonald’s. Property is one big hill so bring your hiking boots! They do have golf cart transportation but left me stranded 4 times. They actually cool your pool if you have a terrace pool to a point it’s unusable, then phone to ask about heat and they charge you an extra $100 American per night!!!! Food!! Omg! Atrocious!!! The last nights we actually went to the local gas station to buy mr. Noodles as we knew we wouldn’t get sick from that. Also knew it would have more taste. All in all, your a sucker if you go here! PS: they said mini bar in room, we got 2 beers and that is it!!!!

Nice property, I didn’t like that they do not have transportation anywhere, but to the beach. It is 1hr and 15 min far from Vallarta. They could do better at that. Also was unnecessary charged for the beach towel card $50 dollars. I never used the beach towels since I took my own. The towels offered are the beach where old and not very clean, so was glad took my own, so returned my cards and at check out said they didn’t have them and was abused with that extra charge. I am not planning on ever going back there for that reason and the transportation problem.

Not what I expected. Nothing near by. Food options are EXTREMELY limited. Food hours are limited and drinks are very limited . I feel like I booked a trip to walk around a large resort to not have food I like and nothing to experience around me. When I was going to check out is when the front desk asked me if I needed help planning any adventures. Very disappointed .

Beautiful property we stayed there 4 years ago and it was amazing. The only difference this time was that there wasn't a large selection of choices of food to pick from.
