This Punta de Mita residence resort is located in an exclusive are on the north shore of Punta de Mita. The resort is set in a lush tropical rainforest setting with its own private beach and caters to guests that value privacy, tranquility and relaxation. The beachfront fronting Los Veneros is ideal for leisurely strolls, beach volleyball or building sandcastles, while the inviting waters are a natural playground for all types of ocean activities including surfing, standup paddle surfing, kite-surfing and windsurfing. On one side is a private beach cove allowing for utmost privacy.
This Punta de Mita resort also offers tennis courts, spa services, and a concierge desk. For a surcharge, the property provides an area shuttle within 25 mi and an airport shuttle (available on request when you contact the concierge prior to arrival). Onsite parking is complimentary.

The Los Veneros villas and penthouses are large and spacious ranging from 3,500 to 6,500 square feet. The unique feature at Los Veneros are their sliding cascading floor to ceiling glass doors which can be opened up entirely so that the interior space flows to the exterior terraces. 3 and 4 bedroom villas are on one floor while the penthouse villas are on two floors with the living space on one and the bedrooms on the second. The penthouse villas also each have their own infinity edge pool. All the villas have bedrooms with its own bathroom, living room, entertainment and TV room, large gourmet kitchen with WOLF appliances, dining room. Washer and dryers are also in each unit. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers, double sinks, bathrobes, and makeup/shaving mirrors.
This Punta de Mita resort provides complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks, in-room safes, and phones. MP3 docking stations, washers/dryers, and separate sitting areas are also included. Rooms are accessible via exterior corridors. Housekeeping is provided daily.
