“Great Experience!”

We went to Puerta Vallarta in November for our 35th wedding anniversary, and we thought everthing was great! Great beds, great room, friendly people, great service and an awesome view. The all inclusive and the all adult was exactly what we were looking for. Also, the bellhop was exceptionally helpful whenever you needed a taxi it was always immediately there. Would definely stay here again.

The resort is our home away from home. They go out of their way to make your vacation as you want. Everyone on staff is helpful and caring.

The hotel has a great beach, friendly service, is near the marina and convenient, and decent food.

“Good, But Not Great Vacation”

The hotel was close to the airport. The staff greeted us warmly and the check-in was prompt and courteous. The pool and surrounding area was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located right on the beach and there were plenty of cabanas, restaurants and bars. Since it was an all inclusive and food and beverages were included that may be the reason for the subpar food. For instance, the orange juice isn't 'orange juice" its orange flavored water. Most of the meals tasted like a microwave entrees. However, the alcoholic drinks and fruit were good. The rooms were cleaned regularly. The view was spectacular and since it was a hotel geared for adults there were no children to annoy which is a good thing considering how annoying the beach peddlers were. Every minute one of them was asking you to buy something. Now that I think of it I'd rather have the children! You couldn't relax completely because of the peddlers. If you stay by the pool area they won't bother you. There was a mall and a Wal-mart within walking distance from the hotel. Very convenient. All in all a great place minus the small inconveniences.

“Our Fifth time at this hotel”

We love this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Everyone goes out of their way to treat you like royalty. Have recommended friends and they have come back saying the same thing. This place is easy to get to and a short distance from downtown Puerto Vallarta. We will be going back!!!

“Really Great Value. Wonderful Service.”

Service: From the time we arrived until the time we left the service was excellent. If you want that service in the States, expect to hand out some hefty tips. A dollar here and there did go an extra long way, but the service was excellent regardless if you paid out tips or not. People were very nice here- and many places throughout P.V. Food: We ate at the sister family resort for their breakfast buffet almost everyday. The service over there was great also. The food there was terrific. The grill had great tacos and chicken. The reservation restaurants were great also. The only thing I didn't like was the mashed potatoes. The downstairs cafe place had decent food- sort of tasted like food from a cheap catering place. What's great though, is you have options for food 24/7. Room: We thought the room and bed were fine. The pillows were a little small. The only problem we had was with getting towels- and specifically washcloths by the time we got home at night. Overall: We loved P.V. It is safe, friendly and really pretty with alot to do. If we ever go back to P.V. we would choose this resort again (or the sister resort if we take our kids). To Do While in P.V. :Rancho Riders. Their booth is near the Malecon in Viejo Vallarta, across from Daiquiri Dick's. A rancher will take you on his own ranch horses up through a river and into the jungle and village up to a waterfall and pool to swim in. It is so peaceful and nice. It was just my husband and I all day long.

“Can't wait to book next stay”

Hotel was great, room was great, food was great, drinks were great, service and staff were great. Our room was on the 7th floor so we were away from the noise. There isn't a bad view from any room. It turned out that the overall experience was better than expected, and I have been to several other all inclusive resorts. The only glitches were that out TV didn't work for the first 3 days and our transportation back to the airport was late and we thought we were going to have to take a cab. (big deal, its only $5)

“really is paradise”

This Hotel was great in every way. The room we had was lovely with a beautiful view from the balcony right out to the ocean. It was our anniversay and they brought a bottle of champaigne up to our room and also had swan towels with flowers on the bed. There was always something good to eat or drink whereever you went. I liked the breeze bar for evenings. The shows across the street were good to.

“2nd Time-still luv it!”

We've been to Puerta Vallarta 8 times with twice being at this resort; we love it. The Service is great, we had an ocean view room,we loved it. The "Breeze" Bar was about 20ft from our elevator, it was great. Sept. is the rainy season so it tends to be slower not to mention the"swine flu" scare; it meant we got better one on one service. Forget the swine flu, forget the rain, grab your insulated cups and your singles and head to this resort-you will not regret it. Close to the Marina, close to the Malacon, downtown shopping. Walmart and Sams club right across the street. This resort is worth the trip to Mexico. They have made lots of changes to the airport; they don't attack you anymore! That in itself was a breath of fresh air!! They are finally improving on what the "Traveler-Tourist" wants! We will be back next year!

“Excellent Stay!”

Upon arrival, we were given a quest room with two double beds when I specifically requested one king. This was quickly resolved though, and we changed rooms the same day. All resort staff were extremely courteous and very helpful. This was my first time staying in an 'adult only' resort and let me tell you, it is WELL worth it. Not having any kids around screaming and yelling is a HUGE plus. I don't have kids of my own, but it really does make it feel like a relaxing vacation. You can just lay by the pool with peace and quite.
