“Great place to stay”

This was our first time to Puerto Vallarta and for sure it will not be the last. We had a great time. This hotel is fantastic, it's beautiful, elegant, comfortable, etc. Concierge service is the best I have seen anywhere (and I've stayed at a lot of hotels). They go above and beyond they're duties to help you out. Anything you want/need just ask them. If you do stay in this hotel, try to get a room with a view of the beach, you won't regret it. The hotel has 3 restaurants, they are decent but a bit pricey. We found the breakfast to be the best. It also has a bar by the pool, the drinks are pretty good and reasonably priced. And the best thing, they have a waiter that brings your drink to your lawn chair. They really pamper you at this place. Can't wait for our next trip to Puerto Vallarta!!!

Staff spoke english very well and were attentive to their customers, the only thing I can complain about was trying to get your change back from you bill. although the service was good I found it odd how long it took, maybe in hopes that you would forget about, but this was only with the poolside staff. Everywhere else there didn't seem to be a problem.. On a better note the Fiesta Americana was a great stay for me and my family the maid service was wonderful. We stayed on the 9th floor which was called the Fiesta Club.. It consisted of small breakfast daily, coffee and cake in the afternoon and later on wine and appetizers. Just enough to tide you over as you seem to eat later when on holiday. My husband and I absolutley loved it. Going back next year, Adios from two happy holidayers

“Outstanding Discovery”

This was our first time at this hotel, and we'll certainly be back! Here are the highlights: (1) Beautiful Facility: incredible must-see lobby, lovely gardens and pool, and fabulous views from the rooms. (2) Exceptional Service: the most outstanding towel service we've ever experienced (changed morning and evening), and the desk staff was always pleasant and helpful. (3) Great Location: easy, fast, and inexpensive to get around ... just couldn't be better for experiencing the town of PV. (4) Outstanding Value: Expedia's clients have got this hotel right!

“very nice hotel”

I stayed at Fiesta for 5 days and wished I stayed a few days more. We were on the 8th floor, beautiful view of the sunset every night. Try to get 6th floor and up. Staff was 10+ Food was a 8+ Pool was a 8+(would have been a 10 if it had a hot tub)Beach are a 10+10+10+ I mean really nice, lawn chairs and people are not up top of one another and if you think I'm wrong take a walk to the other hotels and they are on top of one another. Vendors are around alot but they are nice but the timeshare ones are sharks on land they do not take NO for an answer. Try taking the crazy bus ride into downtown, very cheap compared to taxi. We did the Dunne Buggy tour ride, guys love it I personally thought it was ok, prepare to get very dirty. We also did the Canopy zip line,now that was great! Scary at the beginning but alot of fun, would do it again.

“Returning two months after first visit!”

For the price, I could not have been more pleased. Ocean view from the room balcony was picturesque. Felt like paradise. Service staff was very friendly. Totally laid back and relaxing experience. Restaurants were pretty good and fair priced. Just a great experience and a great place to stay. Also a very short, very cheap bus ride to downtown. I am going back for a quick weekend getaway in 2 months! Can't wait!

“BEST hotel in Puerto Vallarta for the money!”

My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised by the overall comfort, beauty and service at this hotel. We come often for business and usually stay at a well known chain hotel close to Fiesta Americana, but we will not stay anywhere else from now on. The Fiesta Americana has the most comfortable beds and clean crisp linens of any moderately priced hotel in Mexico. The views are spectacular the beach amenities are gorgeous, the lobby is the most beautifully designed tropical Zen sanctuary anywhere,as you sit in the cushy seating area you are inundated with the sights and sounds of waterfalls, tropical bird calls and a light breeze that enhances the experience to the point where you wish you could just take a nap in the lobby. My 3 day business trip turned into a metaphysical experience. LOVED THIS HOTEL!

“Great Location, Very Friendly Service”

The hotel was great, nice pool area and very clean beach front. Had a little problem when I tried to order Dairy-Free meals via room service. At least 4 times during the week, the kitchen sent the food straight off the menu even though we clearly ordered "No Cheese or Cream." Other than that, the rate was acceptable, the view was beautiful and the hotel was in great condition.

“Great hotel”

First time in Puerto Vallarta and we stayed 5 nights at this hotel and were very impressed. The staff were nice and friendly, good service, nice breakfast buffet, clean rooms, nice swimming pool and premises... Only minus was that you couldn't bring food or drinks to your room. But great value for your money. Good location too right by the beach with the Malecon (boardwalk) a $5 cab ride away. Will definitely come back here.
