This place is amazing! My partner and I celebrated our 26th anniversary. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The whole staff was warm and welcoming. Our villa was beautiful with awesome views. Felix arranged “Dinner Under the Stars”. The food was incredible and the night was romantic. Unforgettable!

The tub wasn’t working and the sauna was off. It took about 15 minutes to warm up. Food and drinks were over-priced. The only thing that made my stay memorable was the staff, who were very attentive.

Loved the view and the deck area. The neighborhood was a dirty area, garbage all over and dog poop as well. With the exception of two or three the staff was very helpful.

Hi James, Wish that we can control our neightbors by the liquor store by the highway. We try our best to keep the area clean but sometime with all the people living in this area is complicated and we tried to check this with the city hall but they are not helpful. We even paint and create an area where they can leave their garbage in order and keep the area clean. The area where the hotel is located, our street, we clean it twice per day minimum.

We were in contact with manager Felix who provided shuttle transportation to the resort which we recommend. Boris, the manager of the property provided all of the maps and suggestions for store, markets, restaurants we needed to enjoy our stay. We had breakfast every morning that was delicious and our waiter Lalo was fantastic. The room was spacious clean and private. We look forward to stay there again on our next visit to PV. Plus we always had a rif=de available to wherever we wanted to explore.

After many visits to PV over the years, this was my first at Casa Cupula and it certainly won't be the last. The property is well-maintained and the rooms felt comfortable and unique, not at all cookie-cutter. The staff was incredible and called me by name. And the pool parties were fun, inclusive and diverse. loved it.

Amazing property, away from the buzz of downtown but everything is within a 10 min walk, the return up the hill is a hike if you are not fit, but Uber is available

Comments like this help no one as they are non specific and simply a slight. Perhaps this individual missed a massive pandemic in the last 18 months so, like every other hotel, we were forced to delay updates. Never fear, for this season we are renovating rooms 201, 202, the Penthouse and expanding the Pool Club. We will catch up soon!

This is the perfect quaint LGBTQ-friendly hotel on a hillside overlooking the ocean in Puerto Vallarta. It is all the amenities - multiple pools and jacuzzis, including a club pool with restaurant and a rooftop infinity pool; full gym; full restaurant. Rooms are very comfy. Service is beyond outstanding - friendly, fast, courteous. Ubers are cheap. Also walkable to beach, but uphill walk on return.

Great views and staff
This is a great little gay resort, about a 6 minute walk downhill to the bars and beaches of Zona Romantica and a quick ride up the hill. It is set into the hillside, so there's great views - and also stairs to get to places. The pools are well-maintained. Other guests were sociable. Hotel staff were professional and friendly. On-site spa and restaurant for those days you don't want to go anywhere.

The Casa Cupula Boutique Hotel was a great spot for my recent trip to Puerto Vallerta. The hotel is in a prime location - walkable to numerous restaurants, bars, shops and more. The hotel is tucked away up a steep hill, but the views make the short hike (5 min. max) worth it! The room was well-maintained, very spacious and cleaned every day. The staff here is incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. They provided me with local info and assisted with restaurant reservations and rides. They offer complimentary rides to places within the area - saving me money and time. Casa Cupula is a smaller property with limited rooms which makes for a quieter escape - all while being in the heart of the city. I recommend Casa Cupula to others and would absolutely stay there again.

The property is a little oasis away from all of the hustle and bustle of Los Muertos Beach. The facility itself is very nice. The restaurant needs to work on the buffet service more. The stairs are everywhere so you will definitely will get a leg workout every day.

The staff is great, very accommodating, it’s a bit of a trek to get too, so if you want to chill at the hotel, it’s great, but not walkable, lucky everything is a short tax ride away. Our room was recently remodeled and we loved it!

The place was great and the infinity pool had an amazing view. The downside of the property was that it was intense cardio just going up and down all the stairs.

We also provide during certainly times one way transportation from the hotel into the romantic zone or malecon without extra cost when we have our SUV available. Taxi service and Uber is another option that people could use in order to get back into the hotel or when our transportation service is not available. The hotel is a small boutique hotel for the LGBTQ community. Service is great, as it is gay owned and operated. The staff is super friendly and do everything possible to make you feel at home or visiting friends.

I liked the multiple pool areas. The Taste Restaurant provided decent food. I especially liked the Sunday brunch that had a wide variety of food choices and was reasonably priced. The room was spacious and had a balcony you can sit and relax at.
