“Excellent PV Accoummodations”
Four of us shared a two bedroom, two bathroom condominium within a block of the ocean. The condo had a balcony with a partial ocean view. The ocean was great to listen to in the early mornings or at sunset. The condo was also located across the street from a super beachfront restaurant and tanning area. Image, drinking freshly squeezed orange juice from a glass glass (not plastic) while overlooking the ocean. The accommodations were clean and spacious, and well appointed. It was also located in close proximity to several excellent, local restaurants and nightspots. It certainly beat staying in an all inclusive hotel. I would definately recommend the Blue Seas to anyone visiting PV.
“Will be back there next year”
There's only one thing I can say Bad about this Place, the beds were as hard as a rock, but other than that, one of the nicest places I have stayed in for the money. We had the 2 bed room ocean front condo . Great location, with in walking of all the hot spots that PV has to offer. The staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean.
“Better than Most”
The hotel was clean and well maintained. The air conditioning worked well, unlike most of the area hotels we have stayed in previously.
“Great location”
Nice hotel/condo The reception employees are not very efficient sometimes clueless. .
“Good choice at downtown Puerto Vallarta”
Rooms are in fact suites, with a full kitchen. Very comfy, clean and big. They didn't had our reservations but they solved fast. It's not right on the beach, but it's just one little street in front of it. The beach club has great simple food (sandwiches and stuff like that) and very good and friendly service. They will try to invite you to a breakfast to sell you a membership, because they say the hotel will open just for members soon. But if you're not interested you can avoid it. Please note that it's almost a gay oriented hotel that is right on the gay beach of Vallarta. It's not like you're gonna see a show, but if you're not gay, there's no need to stay there and you can find better places to stay. Although that beach is really nice. The location of the hotel is also great, it's right in downtown vallarta, with a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and people. A lot of those places are also gay oriented. It's a very different experience from the big resorts on the other side of Vallarta.
“perfect location”
We stayed there for 4 nights.Rooms are comfortable .the furniture is outdated.Close to bars restaurants and nightlife.
“A completely horrible experience! Stay away!”
Everything about our experience at this "hotel" was just horrible. It is a condo/hotel, and if you are not an owner and just a renter, they simply DO NOT care about you. We checked in, and were told the only room left was on the third floor, facing the alley between two buildings. Our view consisted of the balconies on the building next door, and the cars driving through at all hours of the day and night. The room itself was dark, and oddly laid out. The ceiling fans were old, rusty and noisy. Same with the air conditioning unit. So either you left your window open for fresh air, and were inundated with the sound and exhaust fumes of passing vehicles constantly, or keep the windows closed, and be inundated with the loud, rusty hum of antiquated appliances. The room had a washer/dryer and toaster, and they were ALL non-functioning. We had no housekeeping at all on the second day. Same on the third day, even though we were out of the room all day long with the "please make up room" sign on the door. We had to go to the reception desk after a long day out, to insist on having it cleaned. You can't even use the lovely beach in front of the hotel, as it is a "member's only" club. By then we had had enough of the sub-par condition of the room, and the indifference of the staff, and we moved out to a nearby property. They didn't even ask why we were leaving early, or try to make anything right. They simply DO NOT CARE.
