All of our rooms are equipped with TV & satellite channels, DVD player with movies services, safe deposit box, Hair dryer, bathroom amenities. The Studio rooms includes Kitchenette facilities and balcony; The Suite offers Ocean view terrace, dinning area, living area with sofa bed, and non-independent bedroom as difference as the Master Suite with a separate King size bedroom as well as all the services of the Suite.
The entire Bel Air Collection Hotel & Spa Vallarta property includes timeshare units and condominiums, so some of the single, individual rooms may also serve as extra bedrooms for dedicated condo or timeshare units.

“More than happy with our choice!”
I went there for 8 days with my husband for our babymoon and the hotel is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!The infinite pool has the perfect temperature,the amenities were clean and beautiful.It has an intimate feeling.We had the all-inclusive package and the food was very good, there was a different menu for every meal,very good sushi bar, the spa is beautiful and the employees make the place feel like you’re among friends.They’re the best! They even gave us and upgrade to an awesome master room.I definitely RECOMMEND this hotel! And if you have any problem they will be on your side and do anything to make it up to you. The cons: even though we were in the all-inclusive package we received a regular bill for everything we ordered.Of course we didn’t have to pay for anything, just sign it, but still you feel like you have to tip the server like anywhere else. It was the first time we had an all-inclusive package so I really don’t know how other resorts work with this but we think it was a bit inconvenient.Another thing is that there was a wedding at the hotel during the weekend.The wedding was on the beach and they played loud music until like 3am….since our room was in front of the beach that was really annoying and we complained.Omar, the general manager, was very understanding and apologized and to make it up to us he even gave us a 50min couple’s massage at the spa and a late check-out. We felt that they really care if you are unhappy about something and we really appreciated that.
“The Best People in Mexico Work Here!!”
I will go back to this place soon, I was a little worried before I got there because of some Bad reviews but I dont think those people stayed at the same hotel I did, All the staff was very nice and went out of their way to do anything we wanted.. the hotel and beach are clean and maintained everyday, yes the beds are a little hard, but everything else made up for that!!! The only thing I could recommend to the Hotel is to have more entertainment?? the Hotels on both sides of us seemed to always have activities (night time) and our Hotel didn't, they had vollyball and aqua arobics during the day but not much for evening stuff.. I want to Thank the staff expecially our room cleaner Rosalba she was so sweet I wanted to bring her home!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!!!
“My fav place on the Nayarit Riviera, no doubt!”
Beautiful Hotel, not too big, not too small, quite confortable and pefrect for a romantic getaway. Awesome ocean/beach view above palm trees from room balcony, pool is great too. Staff was always professional, kind and polite, never had such a great service before, we're definitely coming back ASAP!
“Excellent vacation destination”
Beautiful place, very clean, and very comfortable. Staff was helpful and spoke English very well. They were willing to look after any inquiries that we had. The beach was clean and the water was fun, there wasn't any pressure to buy the vendors goods. We did avoid the free breakfast which involved a sales pitch re: timeshares. The food was very good, with a small menu which was good for us, as too many choices makes it too hard to choose. We did try the buffet and it also was very well done. The pool area was clean and inviting, nice place to read and spend relaxing hours. We noticed that it was inviting for children as well as seniors. Really loved the infinity pool. The activities that were offered within the hotel were presented well and again no pressure to join in, totally your own choice. We will go there again with the complete confidence of having a wonderful holiday.
“Hotel Bel Air Services”
We enjoyed the hotel (a ll inclusive) so much, we are going to take our entire family back. The restruant had a good selection of food. The grill around the pool had good food but a little heavy at times. You will need to do both the grill and restruant to have a good balance of food. The service was wonderful as well as all the Mexican people who worked at the hotel. The hotel has services that meet the needs of both childeren and adults. We went for a wedding and a outstanding place for a wedding.

“Enjoyable and relaxing”
We were on a family trip with 2 tweens. We had a blast....the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The infinity pool is wonderful. Right on the beach. Beautiful scenery. Not as many activities as we expected....but the ones they had were made fun by two of their activities staff (Carla and Lucio). We would stay here again.
“Not Impressed”
The hotel and resort used to be nice but the owners have not upgraded in a long time and several things showed signs of wear such as the rooms, decor, walls, floors, roof. We had to ask for more towels and soap regularly but the staff was very nice. The pool is nice. The hotel recently changed ownership and the name so maybe the new owners will fix it up again.
“Hotel needs renovation”
The staff at the hotel was excellent, they made us feel at home. The bed was hard and that's typical in Mexico. The pool was cold, the hot tub was out of service. Only 2 restaurant was open with a limited menu and high prices.
