"My husband and I had the most wonderful time at your resort. The food was delicious, the property was beautiful and the staff so kind and welcoming. Our only note of feedback was the Asian restaurant. Service and food did not match up to the rest of the hotel. We waited about 45 min for our food and had to walk up the bar to get a 2nd glass of wine. Our waiter was rarely around. All of the other restaurants were superb! "
A verified traveller stayed at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta - All-inclusive
"The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. There were different dinning options to choose from for lunch and dinner, and a wonderful breakfast buffet. The staff at the pool, Christian was very good and we stayed in his area each day. The restaurant server Norma was awesome and we would wait for her station each morning for breakfast.
The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The property is dated but well kept and they have lots of activities each day for participation.
Taxi to the city shopping and dinning area are easy to get and other outside activities. "

"This was our first stay at Villa del Palmar , very family friendly and the outside areas are beautiful! The staff very excellent and friendly there are many activities for adults and children
We sleep through the night since it’s super quiet and peaceful.
The constant harassment from Mago and the time share team did not affect my stay since all was amazing.
Thank you Villa del Palmar for a great stay.
Blessings to everyone there. "
