“made San Juan most memorable!”

Because the hotel the hotel was brand new, I felt that I was the first to sleep in that bed. The sheets were the crispest I've ever slept on in a hotel and everything was immaculate. We even won in the casino! So thanks for the dinner.

The San Juan Sheraton Hotel & Casino, great place, great amenities, the room service (I'm already missing it, jejjejjee), Also Enterprise Rent-a-Car, great place to rent a vehicle + Samantha our GPS ! The traveling experience to San Juan, Puerto Rico, was simply amazing. Great Island, Great Beaches, Lots of Historical Places, that we went to see in Old San Juan. Also delicious food, Warm People, Great Weather, I mean the entire experience was great. My husband and I went simply everywhere. We've been in Old San Juan, Luquillo Beach, Ponce & Aguadilla Beach. The only place we left out because we run out of time was The Rain Forrest. Other than that, January is agreat month to go and experience this beatiful Island. I highly recomended !

“Great place to stay but avoid on-site food!!!”

Staff was very friendly! One staff member gave us free coffee at Choices! I never ate at any of the restaurants at the Sheraton and I recommend you to eat outside of the hotel since prices for just about everything are extremely expensive, especially room service! $17 for a burger!!! it must be the best burger on this planet! Sizzlers is about a 5-10 minute walk with great food at a more affordable price! Casino was great at night too with live music!

“San Juan 2012”

Concierge Yomary was extremely helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help us enjoy our vacation. The staff was very friendly and cordial. The only issue we had was in the casino. There were so many people sitting in front of slot machines and not playing. Saturday and Friday evenings ,when the casinio was crowded, it was difficult to enjoy some slot play because people were sitting but not playing.

The staff was exceptional. The service was impeccable. The suite was clean. Overall wonderful experience.

Comfortable, clean, safe hotel with great food at two great on-site restaurants. Walking distance to the convention center across the street. Nice pool and hot tub with a bar and food service. I would stay in Old san jaun next time where there is a lot more attractions within walking distance.

“Happy as a Lark!”

We arrived at 4:30 Am and were surprised at how well we were treated! We loved this hotel and would stay there again!
