“Good hotel”

Everything was very good. Only the location needs to be built up so that there are places to shop and dine nearby. You have to take a cab to go anywhere. So add retail and keep the guest on or near the facilities.

It was only about a year old and is next to the new convention center. Pretty area. The casino was also nice.

Wonderful Hotel...very trendy...pleasant staff and located next door to the convention center. It's within driving distance to Old San Juan and the 2 Forts, a must see! I definitely recommend renting a car since the Hotel is not within walking distance to any beaches, restaurants or tourist attractions. Hotel charges $26 bucks a night to park in their garage, which is way to expensive, we found street parking just outside the Hotel for free every night. Expect to pay top dollar at the Hotel Restaurant. $27.00 bucks for a lousy burger...it's totally over-priced! Taxi to Old San Juan is $12.00 each way, I rented a car for $21.00 bucks a day and got to tour myself and able to eat on the strip where a Burger was just $3.50. Big price difference. Take advantage of the free finger sandwiches, soup and drinks while playing at the Hotel Casino. We found out it was complimentary two days into our stay unfortunately no one offers this information at the reception desk.
“Delightful experience”
I rate service as the highest indicator of a classy institution. I was absolutely impressed with the service of all staff at the hotel. Not only were they helpful, they were efficient and very friendly. The hotel was wonderfully and tastefully decorated and the rooms were beyond expectations. Its location just minutes away from Old San Juan was a definite plus. From check in to out, a truly marvelous experience!

We arrived at this hotel and were very impressed. It is gorgeous. Checking in was a little slow but the hotel staff was very friendly. They have 3 people out front at all times to hail a taxi if you need one. It isa very secure hotel. You cannot go on the elevator to your room unless you have a room card and they make you slide it into the elevator slot and then push your room floor before it will take you their. The pool, spa, bar, cabannas, chairs, umbrellas are all located on floor 4. It is the most beautiful pool I've ever seen. An infinity pool, it is huge, and the spa is also very large. The bar is very nice, they always have music going. They have outdoor bbq's up their and you can order food their. Thats the place to be and eat. They also have a fancy restaurant that we ate at, the food was very good, a little spendy but right in line with a hotel as nice as this one. The only negative thing I could find with this hotel is it is at the convention center and it is the only thing around their so far. Nothing within walking distance. We were told that they are going to be buillding a chinese restaurant, boutique hotel, and also a shopping mall. The casino is right next to the hotel lobby, nice although we couldn't win anthing on the slots.They have a nice bar in their also. And they have another one right off the lobby too. Very tastfully decorated. The beds are so comfortable. Very large rooms. A taxi to the cruise ship pier is $16. You can look right out at the harbor.
