“Cant wait to go back..”

VERY conveniently located right in front of a beach. The complimentary chairs were sweet. On the weekend, the beach seemed pretty packed but on the weekdays it was empty. The rooftop pool was under renovation and we were not informed until we ourselves called the front desk, which was odd. Our concerns about the room were taken care of quickly. The exercise room is incredibly tiny, about 3-4 machines and some free weights. The front desk staff were pleasant....For one excursion, the girl that helped us was extremely sweet, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The next day, the guy that helped us book our second excursion did not seem to know what he was doing. We were later informed he was new and that's why we were given confusing information. The room is just a bed, tv, and bathroom. But really, that's all you'll need. Restaurants, casinos, and souvenir shops were 2 blocks away from hotel. Since it was a hotel strip, felt extremely safe to walk. We had a car rental (be aware that they'll have security deposits and force insurance option on your rental) so we went to old san juan (easy drive), and often cause we loved it! Happy hour at the hotel was great!!!!!!! We definitely want to come back to PR, and when we do we'd want to stay here again.

“Boutique on the Beach”

Walk out the front door to the beach. Everyone who woks there is very friendly and helpful. If available, the full water view is worth the extra charge. Roof deck is fun and sushi is terrific.

Spent a week with my spouse. The weather really collaborated. The hotel provided chairs and towels for the beach. Hotel is spotless clean. Professional reception desk and management in general. We really enjoyed every hour of our seven day stay. Free continental breakfast a plus.

The Water Club is a fantastic find! A beautiful boutique hotel, right on the beach, is a modern, unique experience. My boyfriend and I were looking for a place that catered to young couples (NO kids) and this hotel is perfect. The service is excellent, someone is always there waiting to hold the door, get a beach towel, or even just a friendly hello. The food and drinks are fantastic but very pricey. Make sure to try to strawberry dacquiris! One complaint: the pool is very small and could be better maintained. However the beach is just steps away and never crowded.

“Amazing Hotel & Staff”

You couldn't ask for a better hotel or location!The hotel is only a couple steps from the beach and about 10 minutes from Old San Juan. The staff was very nice, friendly, and always willing to help. They definitely made our stay a pleasant one. The hotel itself is very chic. There's an amazing view of the city from the roof top bar/lounge. My friend and I plan on coming back to Puerto Rico and will definitely be looking into staying at this hotel again!

This hotel has a south beach feel, artsy. If you are looking for somewhere to take the kids don't come here. It's not a resort, it doesnt have a resort feel, if you are looking for that look else where. That said the staff here go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. The rooms were very cute and clean. Very pretty hotel, different from the other hotels on the strip, more like south beach. I've been here a few times; the staff is always nice. Like everywhere you go; treat people with respect you'll get that in return

the staff is WONDERFUL, the hotel is FANTASTIC, the drinks are DELICIOUS, the beach is GORGEOUS!!! loved it, ...3rd time back!!!
