Small, but very clean hotel. Near the Ocean. Near Hilton and convention centre Used only 1 night. Used this hotel for as extra day after a cruise.

“Exactly what I needed”

We just needed a hotel room for one night (after our cruise ended). We arrived to the hotel at 11am, hoping to leave our bags at the front desk so we could walk around Puerto RIco without them, and they allowed us to check in to our room early instead, which was awesome! Everything was very clean and everyone was friendly. Would definitely recommend.

“Our second stay here”

This was our second trip to Puerto Rico in under a year. We were able to take it because of a deal Expedia was running at the time, and we jumped at it because the San Juan Park was participating. It was lovely. We spent more time in the hotel itself this time around because we had already seen much of what Old San Juan had to offer. We bought small bottles of rum from the convenience store next door to mix with coke and we just relaxed out on the balconies. We had a wonderful time yet again. I will probably never stay in another hotel. I always feel like I'm ripping them off for what I get for the price. Breakfast is included and the staff is just the best. If you don't need resort luxuries, stay here!

“San Juan Condado Area Boutique Hotel”

Located 7 miles from the airport and a mile or so from the Pan American cruise pier, this was a delightful small hotel. It was ideal for our pre-cruise visit. Our room was small, but completely adequate with a queen bed, nightstand, small refrigerator as a second nightstand, flat screen TV, and chair. The closet was roomy, the bed comfortable. The entire hotel is non-smoking. What stood out was the cleanliness. Everything was immaculate - room, common areas, small dining area. Cleaning staff were around working throughout the day. The included continental breakfast included juice, coffee, muffins, toast, cereal, and fruit. A Subway next door serves a full breakfast. There is a small convenience store next door. The Third Millennium Park is1 block away. There are several beaches in the park, one large one with lifeguards and shade. There is a refreshment stand in the park as well as an excellent private restaurant/bar, Escambron, with inside and patio seating. If you are looking for an on-site restaurant, casino, meeting rooms, pool, bar, etc., this is not your place. If you are looking for a comfortable, friendly place while you explore the area, I highly recommend the San Juan Park Hotel.

“Good Value”

A good value, very helpful desk staff, on the edge of the historic district. Small but perfectly good room, and a limited continental breakfast included. If driving (e.g. from the airport) it is easy to miss, right across the bridge - check your maps. No parking but they use the adjacent Hilton garage and stamp your parking stub to get a $20 overnight charge. No local restaurants beyond a Subway but a minimart adjacent, and you can go across to the Hilton for many options, including a sports bar, Starbucks and one reasonably priced eatery. Drove into the historic district and found reasonably priced parking (compared to downtown D.C.).

“Pleasant and Comfortable”

We highly recommend this modest , contemporary hotel. We stayed 1 night before leaving for our cruise. The room was small but very clean and contemporary. The bed was a very comfortable double bed. Breakfast consisted of fruit, toast, muffins, juice, and coffee. We enjoyed the walk into Old San Juan which took about 30 to 45 minutes. We definitely would return because the personnel were helpful as well as friendly, and the price was right!

“Good value for money”

It was a fine hotel prior to boarding a cruise. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was small but modern and cosy. Very quiet. I would not choose this hotel for a long vacation but for a night or two it is perfect. We had an adequate breakfast and then walked to Old San Juan ( 40 minutes). We left our suitcases in the lobby then picked them up to go to the cruiseship

“Clean and perfect for a transition night”

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was a great place to sleep. It is not in the heart of Old San Juan, but a great place to stay for the price.
