Our rooms are uncommonly spacious and the views of the ocean or lagoon are spectacular. King Beds or Two Double Beds are available. Each room is fully equipped with a full size work desk and ergonomic chair. Telephones have voice mail and data ports. Other guest room amenities are Satellite TV with remote, radio with CD player, iron and ironing board as well as a hair dryer.In the hallways you can find Snack, Soda and Ice Machines for those midnight munchies.

Dining
Perrurican Restaurant - Open for lunch, and dinner. Overlooks the ocean and serves creative cuisine. Daily Continental breakfast buffet (surcharge); à la carte menu also available. Perrurican Lobby Lounge - Newly renovated lobby bar open late morning until evening. Ocean views. We are located only minutes from the island’s “Golden Mile” in Hato Rey; the Caribbean’s largest shopping mall, Plaza Las Americas; and the Historic District of Old San Juan. In our area, you can walk to the finest restaurants, casinos, and high end boutiques like Louis Vuitton, Cartier, etc. On property you can find Garbo’s for fabulous fashions.
Recreation
A 12.75-m (42-ft) pool is Ocean Front. We have comfortable Lounge Chairs and a Poolside Bar. The nearest swimming beach, a 600-m (656-yd) strand, begins 200 meters (219 yds) east of the hotel in front of a large public park. It is popular with sunbathers, boogie boarders, and body surfers. Boogie boards can be rented in the Condado neighborhood. On the Condado Lagoon across the street, a water-sports center rents pedal boats, kayaks, and windsurfers for use in the calm waters of the Lagoon. The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

“Nice, big room and bed...!!!!”
I don't enjoy much the hotel, because I'm was working..., but I liked!!!!
“MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED”
My wife and I were looking for a reasonable hotel with a good location for us to spend a few days in San Juan before embarking on our 10-day Caribbean Cruise. We wanted to stay in the Condado district of San Juan because it was located just east of the historic colonial district of Old San Juan and close to our cruise ship embarkation area. We chose the San Juan Beach hotel for its location on Ashford Avenue, close to many fine stores and restaurants, and on the water. Because of the reasonable price and some negative reviews, we did not arrive with high expectations. We knew that the hotel was slowly being renovated from the ground up and the completed lobby was very nice. Also the ground floor restaurant was nearing completion. However, we were both pleasantly surprised when we entered our 9th floor ocean view room. It was very large and had an excellent ocean view, with two very comfortable double beds and A/C that worked. Bedding and towels were new and clean. However, the furniture was dated and worn and the carpet needed replacing. The bathroom needed updating and the windows needed complete replacement. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and more than made up for any deficiencies during the needed renovations..

We stayed three nigths, very comftable, the help is great, you can walk to the beach from the lobby, there is a nice bar/restaurant on the side were you can have a drink or dinner in the moon ligth and next to the ocean.It is quiet and cozy.

I feel that the hotel was very comfortable. It was on the strip not far from popular places. The beach and pool were sufficient enough. I feel that to make the stay complete they should provide complimentary breakfast, such as bread with butter, cream cheese, cereal, coffee, etc.
“Good Deal for the Money”
My wife and I stayed at the Hotel for our Honeymoon The Hotel staff was very friendly and willing to make us very comfortable and even gave us an upgrade when they found out we were honeymooning. The hotel is located in a good area on the beach, within walking distance of Old San Juan and the Condado shoping areas. They served a Continental Breakfast which was good. This is an older Hotel but is very clean and well maintained. Our room was cleaned and linens refreshed daily. There is no Hot Tub though. Overall we would recommend this Hotel to others

“Great Stay”
Stayed during a layover with a friend and was looking for a good deal in the middle of the Condado tourist strip. Was very surprised by the price for the excellent location next to the beach with views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Condado Lagoon. The rooms were huge, with big beds and in good condition. They were very clean and staff was very helpful when we requested for additional towels. The lobby has been recently renovated and has a nice pool overlooking the beach. There are variety of good restaurants in the area and lots to do, especially on the weekends.
