When you open the door to room, you find a stark, colorless room stripped bare. No decor, not at all inviting. No extra blankets when we got cold from robust air con that could not be reset to higher temp. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was okay, shower temp hard to control, plenty of hot water. We spent a total of 12 hrs. in room after our late arrival. Cost was over $235 a night, steep for what you get. Location designed for a captive audience of passengers arriving on late flights. Long walk from the terminals, but signs to hotel were plentiful.
Hot breakfast buffet included: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, toast, cereal and omelets made to order. Coffee ran out with at least a half hour left of service. Repair of auto machine attempted, but was unsuccessful. Several staff were informed of the problem; one worker shook his head, no more. There was a restaurant adjacent to breakfast room, why not bring an urn from there? Just before free breakfast buffet ended, a worker brought a pot of hot coffee, refilled urn.
