“Great customer service!”

The customer service was excellent, they responded within minutes whenever we needed something replaced. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the stay and will difinitely stay there again. They have a nice view from the pool area (roof top) and centrally located around a lot of restrautants. We stayed in Condado which is only about 15 minutes from Old San Juan by bus.

“Better than expected for two single girls in their mid 30's”

Pleasantly surprised. Nice hotel for the price albeit end of Oct beginning of Nov and it rained the entire time. We are not quite sure if that was why it was so reasonble. Within reasonable taxi fare to Old San Juan and Isla Verde which has good nightlife and restaurants. Walking distance to Marriott which has live bands in great lobby.

“This is a Great place to stay.....”

This trip was really worth every penny and some..airport ride was $17 dollars, its an 25 minute ride....the best restaurant is in the hotel called the ambassidor bar and grill..the best food in the whole area..prices are moderate spend from $8 to $20 and get your moneys worth....their is a burger king across the street with a subways and walgreen, for all you american food loving people...another great place to eat is fuddrockers..the choices of food is nice...this was the perfect location right around the corner from the beach...private pool on the PH floor..the gym is somewhat out dated....the casino is 24 hours and nice,,.their is another 24 hour casino for the hotel la cochina called the CASINO DEL MAR..ITS NEXT TO THE WENDYS(like 4 blocks away..the trip was great and the staff was very pleasant..everyone spoke english very well...we had a problem with the room upon arrival with our airconditioning leaking and were we given an upgrade immediately...overall the trip was great...And dont forget you the check out is 12 noon...

“Would return if in San Juan again”

We were pleasantly surprised to find there was an additional sitting room adjacent to the bedroom, in addition to a balcony with a table and chairs. There was a beautiful view from the rooftop pool area.

“Most Comfortable Bed EVER!”

After a long, hot day out and about in Old San Juan, there is nothing better than coming back to a nice clean A/C'd room with a super comfortable bed. Thank you Radisson.

“pre and post cruise”

We stayed at the hotel prior and after our cruise. Never checked out the pool but overall, the stay was as we expected. The only problem we encountered was service in the grill restaurant on a Saturday evening post cruise. Service was very slow (even for a sandwich meal). Something obviously was going on in the kitchen. It took about 1 hr to get served.

“A fine place to stay”

The room was spacious and clean. The evening appetizers were a nice bonus, and the honor bar was very reasonably priced. The desk staff was always helpful. The hotel has a restaurant, but is also close to many other more interesting places to eat. It was a simple bus ride to and from Old San Juan.

“Best hotel in Condado area”

After the best weekly vacation at San Juan, I didn't really want to leave Puerto Rico. When my flight was cancelled at 7PM, I quickly booked this hotel because the price was reasonable for overnight stay and the location was near beach. With 3 yr old kid, I didn't want to stay airport hotel because re-scheduled flight was 6:40PM next day. When the front desk staff saw my little girl on my check-in, he upgraded the room to King bed suite (expedia booked double bed class room for me) saying it would be more comfortable for three of my family. Thank you. We enjoyed the clean room, great beach, nice restaurants. We spend our time at roof top pool / beach after checkout until boarding time. They took care of my luggages after checking out. This hotel experience confirmed my revisit to Puerto Rico near future.
