“great hotel in Puerto Rico”

Our visit to La Concha was wonderful. The room was awesome with a giant window that opened to the beach. The lobby and restaurants were very popular. The food was a bit particular, but we found lots of restaurant choices only a 10min walk away, near the Marriott resort. We had plans to sightsee, but the hotel/pools/beach were so great, we never left other than for dinner. They are doing construction, but the noise wasn't too bothersome.

La Concha is a top notch hotel!From the moment of arrival in their driveway to the time of checkout you won't find a more pleasant, relaxing, trouble-free vacation hotel experience. All staff from the valet service personnel, bell captain, concierge, desk registration personnel, or maid services are friendly, efficient,and seem to truly care about making your stay comfortable. The hotel restaurants are a bit pricey but well worth it. The food is well prepared, has a tempting presentation, and is served in unique pool and/or pool overlook settings. There are also some readily recognizable state side restaurants within walking distance of the hotel including Uno's, FuddRuckers, Wendy's, and Dunkin Donuts as well as a Walgreens. La Conch is my definitionof an experience in world class customer service not to be missed!

“Sheek yet comfortable”

We were impressed with the hotel and the excellent service they provided. We were upgraded to an ocean view room since our room wasn't ready at check in. The pool was very nice as well as the two hot tubs. The concierge was even nice enough to go to Walgreens and get me pepto bismal on night! The food at the hotel was extremely over priced so definitely go somewhere else to eat. Cab drive to Old San Juan was $15 each way. We will definitely consider staying here again.

“New Years Eve”

Great hotel. Very well decorated. The lobby bar and everything else always had things going on. The party on NYE was incredible, live entertainment and just about enough extra bars and tables, etc to go with the huge number of people there. The room was very comfortable, the ocean view was WELL worth it, go to sleep at night with the door open listening to the waves crash on the beach below. The bed, bedding and couch in the room were very comfortable.

“Wonderful Hotel”

We arrived early from our curise and they did not blink at checking us in at 10:00 am. The Hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. Our room and view of the ocean was great! This is a very nice hotel. Next time we make it back to PR we will book our room at this hotel.

From the time we checked in, to the time we checked out, we were treated with dignity and respect by the employees of this fine establishment. Everything was first class from start to finish. A truly wonderful experience.

“SAN JUANS BEST!!!”

I ARRIVED AT LA CONCHA SPEECHLESS FROM ITS SHEER BEAUTY, AND I LEFT SPEECHLESS BECAUSE I KNEW I WOULD MISS THE ATMOSPHERE. DO NOT LET THE PRICE DETER YOU BECAUSE IT IS WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL, GREETED YOU WITH SMILES AND MADE AN EFFORT TO BECOME FAMILIAR IF YOU STAY FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. I SERIOUSLY WISH I NEVER HAD TO LEAVE.

“Can't wait to go back”

Party, Party, Party!!!!!!!! If you love to party, this is the hotel for you. The location of this hotel is great. Great restaurants in the area and only a few miles from Old San Juan. The staff at the hotel was wonderful. Dorianna is awesome!!

“Beautiful Hotel”

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the beauty of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The casino was still being built so there was a lot of construction going on but not to the point where it took away from the trip. Reccomend this hotel to anyone.
