“Ho Jos old san juan”

The hotel is cetrally located, with shopping, and lots of cutural opputunities within walking distance. there are several great restaurants within walking distance as well. I was satisfied with my hotel choice!

“great location,in the heart of old san juan”

front desk very helpful ,even after luggage didnt show up they called around to their sister properties and let me use their computer to file a claim with airlines!room was small but quiet and comfortable, great coffee with continental free breakfast . would definetly stay there again GREAT LOCATION TO WALK AROUND AND SHOP

“Great place to stay for the price”

The room was small but comfortable - the breakfast was very good - We stayed off the main lobby and beggers came in at 3 a.m. screaming and wanting water then a dog was barking in the lobby-however, we just turned on the fan for the air conditioner and couldn't hear them. Overall, a great place to stay for the price.

“Really good deal for money”

The only disadvantage of this hotel is that the rooms are a bit small without windows. But given that the price is small, the fact that the rooms are so clean and cute, the bathrooms are unbelievable (there is everything that you might ever need provided and it is clean, shiny and CONVENIENT), the hotel is at an extremely convenient location in the center of Old San Juan, and it looks very pretty from the outside and inside, this is really a great deal in terms of value/money. There is even complimentary breakfast included and wireless internet access.

“Great Elevator!”

I loved this Hotel's elevator; it is so old! I couldn't help it but think about the history it has. It is a great place to stay if you want to experience Old San Juan. It is in the middle of everything. I loved it.

“I love this place!!!!! I will be back!!!”

I love this place!! The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Check-in was smooth. The hotel is in a great location with lots of stores and pubs within feet of the hotel. It is located right in the square area. My room was very clean and well maintained each day (I stayed 4 nights) by the maid staff. The elevator is slow, but I had no problem taking the steps up to my room. I really enjoyed my stay at the Howard Johnson's and when I come back to Old San Juan, I will be staying there.
