“Fabulous hotel...very relaxing and elegant.”

Great hotel. The rooms are fabulous and very spacious. Each room has it's own pool. The service is excellent as well.

“Puerto Rican West coast Gem”

Nice luxurious hotel, rooms (esp villas) are spacious and well maintained. Plunge pool is a must. Large garden tubs and bathrooms in the villas. Nice common area with bar, excellent service in restaurant and bar. Quiet atmosphere, designed for relaxation - no cell phones in restaurant and NO TV in room. Did not miss the latter because who goes to PR to watch TV. The lack of distractions really makes this a romantic getaway. Infinity pool overlooking the ocean was beautiful. No major negatives, some areas of visible water damage to doorways and ceilings but to be expected to a certain degree in this climate. Courteous staff but no attendant after 10 pm, just security guard therefore try to arrive before ten if you require assistance or have a lot of questions. Rincon charming, close to southwestern tip of island with great beaches, Rincon also has some fairly good beaches and more Americans than expected (mostly surfers) but still has an authentic atmosphere with traditional cuisine. HDP restaurant is pricy but good food and similar prices to an equivalent restaurant in the states. Wine list very pricey though. Great hotel for those who like serenity, comfort, and few disturbances from overzealous staff.
