“Clean, comfy, good location, great breakfast”
Hotel was clean. Staf was friendly. Walls were a bit thin. Could occasionally hear the room next door. The breakfast and 2 hr. free happy hour were great. Pool was nice and relaxing. Hot tub was too hot (104 F) on a couple of days. The casino is small, but we had a lot of fun in it. The short walk to the beach didn't bother us. It was also nice there is a grocery store around the corner.

“A place with everything you'd want for your vaca:)”
Can't think of anything that I didn't like about this hotel, it was great. There is a couple places to eat in the hotel and an excellent breakfest buffet that was included. The casino was lots of fun and seemed to be paying off for me ;) The pool area AMAZING and it had a great playstructure for kids to use as well. It was only a block away from a great beach and there is a section on the beach that is reserved for guests of the hotel with umbrellas and chairs for you to use. Also in the hotel there is an activities desk with someone there to tell you about attractions and direction around San Juan(Very HELPFUL!!!) I WILL stay at this hotel again if in San Juan and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone traveling there :)
“Would stay again.”
Hotel was really nice. Room was really hot when we arrived but it eventually cooled down. Just no where to eat if you're arriving late into SJ. We eventually had to walk about 15 minutes to the closest Burger King that was opened 24 hours. Breakfast was great. Pool area was great - didn't have a chance to use it but wished we did. Would stay in this hotel again. Wished it was cheaper to get to the hotel. It's literally around the corner from the airport but was $12 plus $1/bag to drive the 3 minutes. Hotel should look into a shuttle - would attract more visitors.

“Great time in San Juan!”
The hotel staff was great...the breakfast was amazing and the daily free cocktails were a bonus. The only complaint is that the casino was very small and closed nightly.
“A nice and pleasant stay”
I had a pleasant stay. Thanks to Norma Cruz. My guest, traveling from Wisconsin, did not make it on time and she managed the authorization for cheking-in and gave me access to the room. My guest arrived the next day and went directly to the room and enjoyed the stay.

Hotel is real close to airport. $20.00 cab ride. Hotel was just like any other Embassy Suites that I've stayed in, as far as quality. We went on a cruise and the dock is in old town San Juan, which is about 10 miles away $20.00 cab ride. I'm not sure, but I think going around the block one time is also a $20.00 cab ride. Breakfast and happy hour were great. Small cacino inside the hotel as well as an Outback steak house restraunt. Pools is very big and has a very nice atmoshpere. Staff was incredibly accommodating. The hotels charge a 14% fee on top of the "full" price you pay Expedia and neither the hotel nor Expedia tells you about it. I complained and they took it off my bill immediately. It was a very nice stay. I would, without hesitation, stay there again.
“Stay here!”
I was a little concerned after reading the reviews. The hotel was great. The area was fine around the hotel for San Juan, all the neighborhoods look less than pleasing but no problems and we walked all around. The staff was great, offered lots of information. The manager's reception and free breakfast were fantastic. The pool was great, clean and large. No noise from surrounding rooms. Good value for the money in San Juan. Would recommend to anyone.
“Great place to stay”
This place was very nice. It was within a 10 min taxi drive to airport. Had huge pool and nice little casino. It has an Outback steakhouse inside that had great food. Our room was very spacious and the bed was super comfy. We would definately stay there again.
