“Great for a 2 star hotel”

They only negative was the view out the window and we weren't in our room that much. The service was fantastic, the pool and grounds inside the hotel were beautiful. The resturant was also very good. The staff were very friendly and had a nice continental breakfast out by the pool area. A really great find for the price.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. MY room was clean and well appointed. The hotel was quiet at night, so no issues getting sleep. The hotel is located in a continent area of San Juan from the airport and other road routes. Across the street from a 24hr grocery. I only wish they had a free continental breakfast.

The pool and the room is very small. The service buffet breafast not included ham, cheese , muffin.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff was extremely hospitable and very friendly. The room was very comfortable and attractive in appearance. The complimentary cookie they hand out for your stay is DELICIOUS! I would definitely stay here again.

I arrived at the Double Tree hotel only to find out that my prepaid room was given up because they claim that I was a NO-SHOW.I can not help if my plane was delayed 2 hours.I arrived at 5:00am and had to sleep in the lobby until 9:00am. I was told that I had to wait for a new room and housekeeping will arrive at 8:00am. After speaking to 4 different managers no one was willing to give me complete satisfaction. I returned back home on July 20th and decided to give them a call(since I had more time to deal with this matter) I am still waiting for a call back. I am very disappointed with how I was treated at this hotel. My pre-paid room for 4 nights should have never been given up, no matter what time I arrived. They had their money and I had no room.

Our stay in Best Western Hotel Pierre in San Juan was really nice. The hotel is comfortable and beautiful and the staff very friendly. The supermarker infront could help you with some necessary items. Free breadfasts are excellent
