Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza is 2.25 km (1.5 mi) from Old San Juan and 3.5 km (2.25 mi)from the Puerto Rico Indian Museum. Dining choices (5 restaurants onsite) include a sea-view Italian restaurant; Denny's (city-view) a bar and grill; a steakhouse; a Chinese restaurant; and a Starbucks coffee shop.
The resort offers three outdoor swimming pools, one saltwater and two freshwater (one for kids), along with a waterslide and spa tub. Guests also have access to two lighted tennis courts, an arcade, and a protected beach with water sports. The complimentary 24-hour fitness center offers weight and cardio machines, free weights, a massage room, a spa tub, and unisex sauna and steam room. A two-lane lap pool is outside. Complimentary children's activities for ages 5-12 are provided in summer.
The 25,000-square-foot casino is open 24 hours a day. Complimentary wireless Internet access and a 24-hour business center are available.

Conrad San Juan Condado Plaza offers 570 guestrooms in two 10-story towers linked by a second-story covered walkway. One tower overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The other overlooks Condado Lagoon.
Rooms offer down comforters and Egyptian-cotton sheets (hypo-allergenic bedding is also available). All rooms have complimentary wired and wireless (high-speed) Internet access, flat-panel TVs, and OnCommand videos. Conveniences include compact refrigerators, in-room safes, coffeemakers, hair dryers, and complimentary daily newspapers. Turn-down service is available upon request.
Serene, spa-like bathrooms feature contemporary minimalist finishes such as Carrera marble, mahogany wood, and brushed nickel accents. Porcelain tiles line the walls and floors. Showers have glass on three sides. All guestrooms are non-smoking.

Cafe Caribe Family Restaurant - Ocean-view restaurant with wine-cellar–style bar and ice cream/dessert bar. Fountain, tiled tabletops. Open for à la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner, serving international cuisine family-style. Bar service midday to after midnight.
Denny's - City-view restaurant. Full-service family restaurant is open 24/7, serving classic American food and every day value for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the classic menu you know and love. Children's menu. We are Always Open!
Aqua Bar & Grill and early dinner - Casual open-air spot with terrace seating and separate poolside bar/swimup bar. Open for à la carte lunch. Bar service late morning to late evening.
Eight Noodle Bar - Serves contemporary Asian cuisine with sushi bar.
Pikayo - Chef Wilo Benet - Fine-dining restaurant serving dinner, with private dining available. Full menu also available in the bar and lounge area.
Eternal Lounge - Bubbling lounge with three lobby bars, serving continental breakfast. Live spinning DJs on weekends.

A 31-m (100-ft) freeform pool has water spouts at one end, an 18.25-m (60-ft) waterslide and volleyball net at the other end, and a swim-up bar in the middle. A freeform children's pool is adjacent. An 18-m (60-ft) saltwater pool and a large spa tub provide quiet retreats along the oceanfront.
A lagoon-view sundeck surrounds a two-lane, 15-m (50-ft) lap pool and a spa tub at this San Juan, Puerto Rico hotel.
While the resort's ocean frontage is rocky and unsuitable for swimming, a 68-m (75-yd) beach on the west side of the Ocean Tower is gently lapped by a channel forming the beginning of Condado Lagoon. A reef shelters the lagoon from ocean swells.
Thickly cushioned lounge chairs are arrayed along the oceanfront, on sunbathing terraces and lawns, and around the pools. Hammocks are strung along the oceanfront.
Guests can rent snorkeling gear beside the Ocean Tower pool. Kayaks and pedal boats for exploring the lagoon can be rented at the Lagoon Tower. Two lighted tennis courts are available for a surcharge.
The resort also offers two lighted tennis courts and an arcade room.

“Condo Plaza”
The main building is beautiful. Friends staryed in the anex and weren't as pleased as we were. Food is a little expensive, but that is to be expected.
“16th Bday PR Trip!”
We went to PR for my daughters 16th bday and had a wonderful stay. We stayed in the Family junior suite. There were two twin beds for both my daughters and then a king bed in a separate room for me and my husband. The room was a little smaller than expected but still worked and was very clean. The hotel was very nice and the pool/beach area was beautiful. The hotel is very close to all tourist attractions and very close to Old San Juan. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though we speak Spanish as well, everyone speaks English so its easy to communicate if you do not speak Spanish. I highly recommend this hotel. We had an amazing time. Good for adults and kids!
“A Day in the Life of a Hotel Guest”
Very friendly and helpful staff. Very sleek looking lobby. Pool area was nice-could use some updating-especially the outdorr bar area- it was cool, but definetely outdated.

“Puerto Rico - San Juan Condada Plaza Hotel”
This was my fourth visit to this hotel - - my only disappointment was that they no longer have a salt water pool.. I always enjoy the pool area, the patio and the beach. The hotel is convenient to other hotels and restaurants by walking or short taxi ride. I also enjoyed the casino at this hotel more than some of the other casinos we visited. Since we booked with Expedia we received some $$ for match play at the table games in the casino, as well as $100 credit toward items charged to the room - not sure if this is given all the time as it was the first time I received this - it was a nice perk.
“I love the Conrad”
Great location, most restaurants are nearby and a 24 hr Denny's inside the hotel, taxis are available at any given moment,, and beach access. Old San Juan is about 15 minutes away, and public transportation is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel. I will definitely stay at the Conrad again.
“Nice hotel, nice location”
Check in and out was friendly and efficient. Hotel staff were helpful. We gave up trying to get a drink at the pool-side bar, but received prompt service when we had breakfast there the next morning. Breakfast at the Caribe Cafe was fast and yummy. We liked the location - easy to get into Old San Juan, and close enough to walk to other restaurants in Condado.

Overall great stay with my husband! Only complain is the A/C in our room.. never got cold how we wanted it! Tried to tell them but they didn't do much to fix it!
“Wonderful Oceanview Room”
We sayed in oceanview room which was wonderful. It was well worth the price to upgrade. The location is convenient to a number of restaurants and Old San Juan is less than a 10 minute taxi ride away.
“Good Hotel for Families -- Kids loved the Lagoon”
This hotel is perfectly located next to the Condado Lagoon. There is direct access to the beach right off the pool area. The kids really loved to play in the lagoon which had small waves, just right for the kids to play safely. While the beach area is not private, it was large enough to accomodate everyone with plenty of space to play. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The concierge staff and bellman were very helpful. They recommended an excellent italian restaurant (Ave Appias) and a Mexican (Tijuana's) that were about a mile down the road. We were a short drive to Old San Juan to see the forts and the small shops. There are several restaurants on site. We had breakfast at Cafe Caribe several times. The food and service were very good. My only complaint would be the $3 for every Lipton Tea Bag. Otherwise, the food was good. The kids loved the chocolate muffin (freshly baked) and pastry plate. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and the decor of the room was pleasing. We had an ocean front room, so the view was excellent. Relaxing watching the waves break against the rock wall below. I would recommend the hotel for families.
