BlueBay Villas Doradas - All Inclusive is an all-inclusive resort. Room rates include meals and beverages at onsite restaurants and bars. This Puerto Plata resort has its very own private beach. In addition to a full-service spa, BlueBay Villas Doradas - All Inclusive features an outdoor pool and a health club. Dining options at the resort include a restaurant and a coffee shop/café. Guests can unwind with a drink at one of the resort's bars, which include a swim-up bar, a poolside bar, and a bar/lounge. A complimentary breakfast is offered. Public areas are equipped with high-speed wireless Internet access (surcharge).
This all-inclusive resort also offers a fitness facility, a sauna, and spa services. Onsite parking is complimentary.

BlueBay Villas Doradas - All Inclusive offers 245 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature safes and complimentary bottled water. Guests can make use of the in-room refrigerators and coffee/tea makers. Bathrooms include showers with handheld showerheads, bathrobes, makeup/shaving mirrors, and complimentary toiletries.
Cable television is provided. Business-friendly amenities include desks and direct-dial phones. Additionally, rooms include hair dryers and irons/ironing boards. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered daily. Amenities available on request include wake-up calls.

“Amazing stay”
Other than my room phone wasn't working my whole stay and the funky smell there is on the way to the beach and back; I find no other negative thing about this resort! Can't wait to go back next year!

“great time”
It was a great time, service was awesome. Tipping always helps. Dont expect things to be cheap- they cost more than in America (at least at the little tourist shopping center and with the merchants on the beach). The merchants on the beach were a little annoying, but if you dont make eye contact and tell them no thet're not to bad. I think if you would go at an off-season time it would have been so much better. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and neat, but nothing amazing. We went on our honeymoon and I would definitely let the resort know you are there for a honeymoon/anniversary. The Jade Palace is the best of the three restaurants to eat at, it was amazing!!! My wife and I would love to go again.
“Fantastic Wedding Vacation”
We had an amazing time at Bluebay! It is the right combination of resort while also maintaining the feel of the Dominican Republic. We got married at the resort and every staff member was extremely kind and accomodating. The rooms are very clean and the resort grounds are flawless. We tried all of the restaurants and they were fantastic. There is nightly entertainment and the staff works around the clock to make sure the guests are having fun. We have traveled to the DR before and stayed in small towns and "local" hotels, but for this trip we wanted something our families would feel comfortable at but not an uptight resort - and this hotel was perfect.
“Angela and Karen's Dominican getaway”
I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The staff was friendly and spoke enough English to make you feel comfortable. It was sparkling clean every day. The buffet and the lobby are open air so it was warm but you could still feel a breeze. The pool bar was lively with plenty of multi national people to chat with during the day. Or if you prefer a quieter space, there was the spa pool on the other side with jets. Believe me when I say, we did not want to leave. I think of only 2 cons: The fitness room needed a bit more updating and the food might not be appealing to pickier eaters
“Another great vacation at Blue Bay”
This is the second time we have stayed at Blue Bay. This time they have new management and the feeling you get from the workers is not the same as 2 years ago.The first time everyone seemed happy with their jobs and wanted to make sure your vacation was the greatest. This time, they tried to make sure you had a great time but you could tell their hearts are not in it. The Manager of hotel was never seen except on the cocktail party night. The manager of the entertainment crew walked thru the pool area but NEVER said hell-o or wouldn't even make eye contact with the guest. Acted like we did not even exist. Not a good way to make happy customers. The workers at this hotel do everything to make your vacation one that you will remember.....a real shame the management doesn't do the same. It would only take a Hello and how are you enjoying the hotel to make you feel welcomed. I would go again, but hope that what ever has taken the happy family feeling away will be corrected. A big thank you to James Bond, Juan and all the others for making a great vacation. We met a lot of fun loving people from all over the USA and Europe, hope to see you again.

very good food and guest services is A1. very clean room and comfortable. Slept very well. Beach is perfect. clear water and plenty of place to find a quiet spot.
“Couple's retreat!!”
I thought it was awesome, the staff is very friendly and respectful, the ambiance is set up for couples to have a romantic and relaxing stay, very healthy food, plenty of variaty, the beach was great, very private too. It was such a great place that I would love to come back again. The only problem was when they tried very hard to sell me a vacation package and sign up for their vacation club. I would have prefer to let me choose and not spend hours of my vacation time on talking about it. Overall, I would definately stay in this hotel again.

We stayed at two resorts in the same area and this one was by far our favorite! We can't wait to go back and when we do this is where we are staying. The whole time we were at the other resort we kept wishing we were at the Blue Bay. The food was better along with the drinks and entertainment

The hotel is really fun and laid back. The best part is the staff and entertainment. The shows are awesome and the animation crew really works hard to be sure you are having a good time. The food is delicious. Lot's of vegetarian options. Easy place to relax and get away.
