The property was clean and updated. The hot tub was listed as an amenity, but when we got there there was a notice that the hot tub was permanently closed.

I picked this hotel because they said they had a hot tub and when we got there the hot tub had been long removed so that property needs to be updated on their amenities

The room was below average. There were 4 lamps but only 3 worked. There were not enough outlets. I had to unplug from a strip in order to plug in the coffee pot. The sheets on one of the beds had stains and the actual mattress under the "protective" cover was filthy. The hallway on the second floor was covered with debris. However, the pool was nice even though there were no towels readily available. Overall, not that great of an experience but sleepable.

Myself and my spouse have medical issues We book hotels that ave heated pools and hot tubs. This one says there were both!! Got there to be told There was no longer either and will not be back working!! Also the expidia site said the same!! Faulse advertising!!! Plus the riom was dirty!! Hair in tub toilet. Used bandaid!! On floor. Rupped pillow on couch with feathers on couch and floor. Dust!! Hot water took 10 minutes to get hot enough for a tub or shower!! Outside garbage all over the parking lot.

Got here to drop a truck off in Pueblo, staff was very friendly! Even let me check in a little early and, helped me find a place to park the truck so it was able to be seen on camera, the only thing that caught my attention was it took a long time for the hot water in the shower to heat up, but could also because because of how cold it is here now in december. I would personally recommend this place, places to eat in the area, and a starbucks next door if thats what youre into.

Aside from the hot tub not working and being removed, this wasnt a bad stay, atleast the internet didnt keep booting me off, the breakfast could be better just waffles bread plain bagels cerial and oatmeal. Eli was nice and was helpful when we checked in at about 2am.

Never got to check in mainly the fault of Expedia. However property was dirty and staff was extremely rude. Family ended up staying a block down the road and cops were at the hotel multiple times.

It’s an older hotel they’ve redone things it was clean. The bed was good. If you need a blow dryer bring your own because it was from 1960 I think or 70 whatever they came out. The plug-ins are also terrible. Emma hold a plug. Lady at the desk was friendly.

Good price and close to highway...do not advertise a jacuzzi spa and upon arrival guests see a sign saying spa permanently closed. Too many transient and homeless types Lottering
